My mom & I booked a VIP room at 150 Le Thanh Ton , Ben Thanh, Ho Chi Minh for two nights a few days ago. I was so disappointed. Itā??s was so dirty. Everything looks so old. There is no hot water for the first day. There is no napkin. When I asked for it, they provided me a roll of tissue to use as napkin. Donā??t ever book room to this hotel.

This will be my 1st and last time staying this hotel as long as this staff still work in front desk. VERY RUDE the day I arrive and every time ask for explanation. I strongly ask hotel management to get this stupid staff out of this hotel for the good of this hotel. To all, traveller/holiday people I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

Hotel : vintage style looking being renovated and hotel door doesn't close softly. Rooms near lift and facing street noisy. There're so a safe for valuables . Hotel staff : friendly receptionist speaks English, friendly porters except one of the bar staff who gossip to other that we should not sit there if not ordering . At least have courtesy to tell us instead saying bad things behind our backs. Hotel wifi : good Hotel bed and linen: clean and nice Hotel bathroom : odd positioning of the sh... Read more

The staff are friendly and courteous. However I was asked to check in at 430pm when I reach there 230pm as only 2 housekeeping staff on duty. The staircase becomes storage area and dangerous for fire escape. Breakfast is not bad. At night downstairs is a sleazy pub so not suitable for family to stay here.

It is located on Dong Du street and is renamed as Camelia Saigon Central Hotel now. It is about ten minutes walk to Saigon Post Office and Saigon Opera House is within five minutes walk. There are many restaurants around it. It is quite safe even if I return there late night. There are at least two more hotels on the same street including Sheraton Hotel. I visited there on 9 December 2016, I stayed there for three days. The room was clean and tidy. It was equipped with hair dryer, refrigerator... Read more

The hotel is very modern and clean since it's new decorated hotel. They have good promotion and I and my nephew stay there for 2 days. Price range is okay but service is very bad especially at night. During the day time receptions are superb nice, modern and helpful but I can't say same thing to evening receptions because after midnight lights are turn off, the fat boy snores too much and does not know if you come or not. Never pull him up if clients come or not. The way he speaks are very bad, ... Read more

Stayed here for 3 nights. Newly renovated hotel so very clean. Room was small but big enough for a few nights, although shower was a bit awkward to use and bed was uncomfortable - we woke up every morning with aching legs - very strange.. Good location in district 1, lots of great restaurants and sights nearby. Breakfast lots of choice. Staff ok. Main reason for 2 star : Avoid using laundry service!!- expensive and came back smelling of smoke also one item damaged. We enquired about it and t... Read more

I stay at this hotel only one night, but was very happy because hotel staff were friendly and convenient. My father room sold out when we came, but they gave us upgrade room without extra charge. this hotel right in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, just a 5-minute walk to get to ho chi minh square. they have clean rooms, bathup and comfortable rooms with cheap price. around the hotel there are plenty of halal food and easily find a money changer. someday I want to stay here any longer....

Great location in district 1. Hotel staff very nice and speak English. Good breakfast. However, the VIP room was small and on the street. Noise at night from the street is unfiltered. Air conditioning only works if you call the front desk. Don't think the wall thermostat does anything, unless they activate it from the desk. Over all fair accommodations for the money.
