3 nights here with intrepid. One of the few hotels without a pool. Not well located for the markets or tourist attractions. Only 1 lift. However rooms were neat and clean. Good tv though took a day to reboot properly. Cheap laundry done by kilos rather than item even though list was by item. Small breakfast compared to our other hotels. Hope intrepid change the hotel in the future.

Bed is hard as rock and only 2 pillows, air con not working very well . Had to ask for another swipe card so I could leave it on when out otherwise it was too hot . Rooms need a good clean ( wipe walls and fixtures etc)also rooms quite small in size . Shower over a bath so bit dangerous getting in and out with a big step down. Breakfast waste of time , not nice. Better off spending money else where

Stayed here for 6 nights very reasonable prices. Its location is close to all the Central Sites all within walking distance or if you prefer you can get a Taxi which are very cheap in comparison to other cites around the world. Only downside I found was a lack of bars around the hotel it's a bit of a walk to find a decent bar. Best area probably Bui Vien. Where all the backpackers hang out.

A clean hotel in District 1 close to sights and facilities. Rooms are a bit small but clean and with the usual amenities. The concierge and staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers a restaurant for food and breakfast.

I stayed here as part of a group tour through Vietnam. The hotel was ok. Not knowing what the prices and standards are in the city, it's difficult to say whether this is typical for the hotel's price range. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Their salon recommendation for a manicure wasn't great, but could be the best option for the area. I'm not crazy about the location - other than the coffee shop at the end of the street, there's not much of interest in the immediate vicinity. Breakf... Read more

Door staff friendly and helpful particularly mr sin . Rooms okay. Very noisy room. 10th floor on back of hotel. Music and traffic all night. Very small window above bed made room feel dark and claustrophobic. Poor ventilation in bathroom And no air con in there either. Air con in room didn't manage to control temperature so well. Room was a bit smelly. Bed uncomfortable. Restaurant at night wasn't open, No room service but they did let Us order and then they went and picked it up - poor qu... Read more

First thing I notice wrong is black mold in the bathroom, a lot of it. I brush this aside and don't worry. Then the next morning whrn I go to breakfast I am hit with a combination sewage and paint thinner smell in the "restaurant". On top of that the breakfast was without a doubt the worst I have had in Vietnam. Ho Chi Minh City is not a great place to stay and as such we just wanted to ride our stay out at the hotel. This is a bad idea as there is no pool and the food sucks. And to top this... Read more

We stayed here at the end of our Intrepid tour. What a disappointment. We had a pre booked an extra night as we were staying on in HCMC but ended up moving to another hotel. The room was filthy, blocked shower plug, mould on the bathroom ceiling and overall just dirty. There were stains in the chairs, bed head and curtains. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was the worst I have experienced in all my travels through Asia. I understand this is a 3 star hotel but i would... Read more

This is a typical hotel in Saigon. No fancy lobby and adequate rooms. But its internet service and bathroom were superb. Its internet service was fast whichever part of the hotel you are in. The bathroom had a strong hot & cold water supply and a rain shower head. Truly relaxing to bathe in. The Concierge/Bellhops were fluent in English and gave good recommendations regarding places to dine in and tours to go to. Special mention to Mr Son and Cuong for making our stay truly enjoyable. They... Read more

Our trip to Ho Chi Minh was a complimentary one and we were booked into the Queen Ann Hotel. Service at the hotel is fair and the room was clean but there was a hint of someone having smoked in the non smoking room when we first arrived and even after they have cleaned it again the next day. But since it was a 3 star hotel, we did not have high expectations.
