Great little hotel! It's located a bit off the centre, about 15 minute walk from Hoa Kiem Lake or you can take a taxi for less than 2 euros. Comfortable bed and clean, modern bathroom. Great wi-fi. Very friendly and attentive staff. Would definitely stay there again! Only thing that bothered us was smelling cigarette smoke in the hallway and a little bit in our room.

Stage 3 nights in Hanoi. This hotel was like the perfect place for me. Is very near, so all the facilities are in very good shape. It was a very reasonable price. Very nice TV screen with the variety of channels. Breakfast was very diverse for the price I paid for the room. Bacon, hash browns, fruits, yoghurt, cereals, coffee, cheese and local food. people was very nice at the front desk and they treat me very well. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Lenid hotel is centrally located and easy to access. Nice staff, good value for money accommodation, clean and spacious bathroom, average bath amenities. Breakfast quality is a little bit under score compare to Hanoi rich gastronomy.

I used to live just nearby this hotel and had friends stay here several times. Finally had the chance to myself now that I live in Hoi An and was back to Hanoi for a visit. The hotel caters to Japanese guests (and there are quite a few excellent Japanese restaurants in the neighborhood) so the service is very attentive. The staff are friendly and quick to help. The rooms are modern and very well maintained. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but satisfactory for the room rate. Overall... Read more

I stayed at Lenid Hotel for work as it was close to the office. Staff were very friendly always smiling. Breakfast was ok, wifi free and good furniture. The rooms are reasonably sized and have new TVs and comfortable beds. The bathroom with tub was fantastic I would stay here again for work.

Enough facilities and they are in good shape. The walls and the bathroom has been renewed recently so the rooms are quite clean. Even I care a lot about the house dusts and insects, I don't feel uncomfortable in this hotel; as you know many hotels in Hanoi has these problems!! There are many foreigners staying in this hotel. Such as European, Asean, American, etc. Half of the customers are Japanese. Japanese who can speak little English will be satisfied with the service in here. The staffs in h... Read more

Stayed here for one night in November 2015 - we were booked into this place by Vietnam Airlines after our flight out of Hanoi was cancelled. The staff handled the situation (a busload of annoyed passengeres arriving at the same time) fairly well (although they kept some people's passports overnight, which should never happen imo). Location is quite removed from the main sights. Lobby looks decent enough, but the rooms are a disappointment - pretty small, cheaply furnished and not very comfortabl... Read more

Unfortunate that our flight out of Hanoi was cancelled - put up by airline in this hotel. Unfinished room (wires exposed on walls) and a bit mouldy. Walls very thin prefab. Had to sit in bathroom to connect to wifi. Breakfast not great. Only the good staff working there provided some positives. Can't recommend unless bargain price...
