This is a good hotel with clean rooms and nice staff but the breakfast is very poor. The amuse OR not so amused as I call it, is understaffed, poor menu choice and poor service generally. A real let down and it's expensive too. Staff take ages to serve you and breakfast takes ages to come out. why they don't do a buffet is beyond me and should be standard for a 4 star hotel like Le Meridien So if you are looking for breakfast as part of your experience look elsewhere.

I've never stayed in Arlington that I can remember but you can often get this hotel at bargain prices, which I did this time. Just a few metro stops to anywhere you want to be in DC or to the airport. The hotel is only a short few block walk from the metro station. The lobby is a few floors up which I never like so you have to change elevators, restricted key access downstairs at night because it isn't staffed which is a hassle to have to dig your key out as you walk in. The service at check... Read more

I want to like this property, it just seems so sterile. It's in a commercial office structure. Was it originally designed as a hotel space? The curtain wall is entirely glass with steel verticals between each pane of glass. On this visit, my bathroom was also on the exterior curtain wall. For privacy, they added immovable ceiling to floor roll blinds that curled on the vertical edges leaving a 2 inch vertical gap through which I could see the office workers in their tower across the narrow stree... I stayed here last January and was not happy with service at that time. This time was a 180! I not only was impressed so much with the desk staff who went out if there way to get me signed up for Starwood so I can now merge my platinum status from Marriott but they accommodated my room request. Room was clean, quiet and no issues. But my total shout out goes to Doug who is the bartender there! He served me last year and I loved him then and now this year he remembered me and he goes above and b... Read more

This is a great hotel to stay if someone is visiting DC and wants to be away from the overpriced hotels in DC. There aren't much amenities here though, but the hotel is clean and well maintained. They have a roof top lounge which is only open during summer. The main entrance shared with another upscale apartment/ condo property. The parking garage charges roughly $18 for overnight stay.

I requested a suite upgrade as a Platinum guest, and it was honored in the SPG system, clearly showing a suite. When I arrived in the hotel, I was given a regular room next to the noisy elevator, and I was told by the front desk agent that the hotel does have suites! LIE! Then I asked to talk to a manager who continued the lie that the regular room I was in was indeed a junior suite! Another LIE. Better to stay away from such staff who lie to customers to their face. NEVER coming back to this ho... Read more

So happy that I chose this hotel during the inauguration weekend events. The hotel is located within a couple of blocks from the Rosslyn Metro station so a quick trip on the train from the airport and ideal spot to go anywhere in the city. The staff are extremely friendly and upgraded my room. My room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet and had a view (although you did have to be right at the window) of the Washington Memorial and Capitol dome. Also enjoyed the short walk to George... Read more

I stayed here for the first time because if the obscene hotel costs in DC during the Presidential Inauguration. I will be back. This hotel is amazing. My room is spacious, comfortable, and has a nice city view. It is priced approximately 30% less than capitol hill digs. It is worth the cab ride.

Stayed here during my trip to DC during this Christmas. We decided to choose a hotel in Arlington as you get the best hotels at a very affordable price. It not too far from the famous Washington monuments as well. The parking is not free here but affordable compared to other places. They have a valet parking, which is a bit expensive, but the garage is in the basement so its better you do a self parking as its saves you $$. The parking here is on hourly basis, we paid $24 for 2 night & funny p... Read more

This hotel was a hidden gem in the heart of Arlington, VA. I booked a overnight stay here and I must say I was rather impressed. The hotel has a modern boutique style look, with a mom and pop feel. The service was pretty awesome from the moment I checked in. I was given an upgraded view overlooking the Potomac and Georgetown which was perfect watching the snow storm with my daughter. (Thank you Mert) We then had the most amazing dinner as our server/bartender Doug oversaw my daughters every wish... Read more
