They do a great job here. Neil and the rest are excellent and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
They are very close to the Metro and that was a plus.

The Staff of the Hotel were extremely accommodating and helpful all during our stay at the hotel. Every one was friendly. Even maintenance who do not normally mix with guests would always say hello. The room and bathroom were very clean. always made. Clean towels every day. Precisely folded and placed to a tee.

Great little hotel, extremely well located (one block away the Courthouse Metro Station) near various restaurants and movie theater and attractions such as the Arlington Cemetery and the Iwo Jima memorial. It has a garage parking for guests. If you are driving, you cross VA-DC state line in 5 minutes!!If you take the metro (Lines Orange and Silver) you reach downtown DC in 15 minutes.

We spent three nights at this hotel and ordered room service our first night. It was very good. The next morning, we had the breakfast buffet and there was a large selection of both hot and cold items for $14.95. We were in DC for the Women's March, so used the Metro, which is only about 1 1/2 - 2 blocks from the hotel door. There is a Starbucks and CVS nearby too! That night, I had bought a bottle of wine, but didn't have an opener, so the bartender opened it for me and wrapped it in a napkin, ...

We locked our laptop and belongings in our suitcase each day. I would highly recommend this hotel and if you are a Hilton Honors member, like I am, you get two bottles of water upon check-in. Thanks and we will be back.

Had a great one night stay at this hotel. I picked this hotel because it was close to the Courthouse Metro stop (only about a 4 minute walk!) which made commuting into the city easy. but the staff were friendly and accommodating!

Over priced hotel. Bad service and nothing included with your bill you have to pay even for battle of water. They would promise everything but when you get there. There only have basic room that you can have in any motel

This is a great hotel. The staff in this hotel are probably the most helpful and attentive staff I have come across at a hotel in a long time. From the reception staff to the restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner, they all took time to be super helpful and courteous. Couple of minutes walk to the orange/silver metro line made this a great location for exploring the Arlington/Washington DC area and easy walk to many coffee shops/restaurants. Metro from Reagan National Airport was very easy and took about 25 mins with only 1 connection. Metro to the National Mall area took only 10 mins. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

While I fully understand that the hotel is not liable for these items, they were extremely unhelpful and misleading in my efforts to retrieve them. I was less concerned with getting the items back as I was and still am concerned that my identity could be stolen based on what was left behind. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. It is really close to Washington DC and you can get there easily by ride-sharing services or subway.
Also there is a plaza next to this hotel that have different stores such as Starbucks.
