Surprise - No Surprises!

All went smooth and flawless. Check in was brisk and friendly, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and bathroom was large and clean. breakfast was tasty at a fair price, service with a smile, great staff attitudes! The property is going through some updates and is progressing well.

Service follow was very poor cost of the was room to high. Room was dingy ac didn't work and when it did was loudly sounding and noisy the breakfast area was clean the food was good and service was good

Hotel is located conveniently with quick access to highways (going to North Dallas or back to DFW), ample parking and there are many restaurants in walking distance just north. Hotel would benefit from a redo of bathrooms, elevators, and carpets. The bedding was good, mattress was a bit soft for me, and staff was very helpful. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel because of much better places are nearby, and the breakfast at this hotel in my prior experience was so-so unless one is craving fo...

Great hotel stay and customer service and very clean. I have stayed at this property several times and have never been disappointed. The front desk is very friendly and aims to please. Rooms are very clean and Internet connection is great also.

The room was clean if a little dated. They had nice bath products, Neutrogena I think. The lobby atmosphere was booming in the evenings and I did purchase the breakfast buffet one morning and it was good.
Check in and check out was great but the iron didn't work and I had to ask twice for them to bring me a replacement. When it arrived the steam function on the iron didn't work. The other thing I didn't like about the room was that is was dark. Even with all the lamps on the room just se...

Spent 3 nights here on business. I love this location...had driven past this hotel many times but this was my first stay. It's pretty much a standard HGI, but had a nicer-than-average lobby/restaurant/bar area. Front desk staff was VERY nice and helpful, as was the restaurant wait staff. Breakfast buffet was fine...not five-star or anything, but good for a free (HHonors) breakfast buffet...better than a Hampton Inn by a mile.

Heard a lot of hallway noise, but not surprising for that kind of room (I'm spoiled by staying at places like Embassy Suites with separate bedrooms)
Big bonus is location and walking distance to food and shopping, and convenient to I-635, close to DFW (could see it from my window) and not a long drive from Love Field.

Like the title says, the people were all very nice, even a call to my room to make sure I was happy with it.
The room was extremely clean, especially with it being a little older.
(The place is being updated)
Towels, shower, bed, and gym all lived up to the garden inn name.

The Hotel is going through a renovation, but they have let the quality of the rooms go to disgusting. The bathroom sink leaks and is moldy. The bathtub is moldy all along the tile and there is rust under a metal label in the tub under the faucet. The sheets are so rough I noticed how uncomfortable it is, and the bed has indentations from other persons, very uncomfortable. I have stayed here multiple times the last couple of years and loved it, that is why I'm typing from the room. Oh the hot wat...

I've stayed at this property many times over the years, but not in the last 2. It was as I expected ... a Hilton Garden Inn. The lobby was inviting and friendly, the staff courteous. Why the poor review then? Two reasons, the wireless service wouldn't connect and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. When brought to the staff's attention, I was given the ISP's information with an explanation that the wireless service was "very slow" and "we'll get the drain fixed". Needless to say, neither got bette...

Fantastic people and location; good breakfast. Very clean facility. I found room internet limited to one-item access (e.g., laptop) which impairs simultaneous use of second item like Chromecast or Apple TV with iPhone.
