Great place, great staff and clean room. Breakfast offering are outstanding. I had room service and was very please. Front desk agent Leslie was very friendly and professional. I will stay again next time in town.

Hotel & staff are nice & a good value when in Dallas. I travel here every year & have stayed at a number of properties.
This location is easy access to main freeways & I feel comfortable with the surroundings.

I've been staying at this property weekly for the past six months. I must say the staff has been very accommodating and always professional. Jesse (front desk) has gone above and beyond each time I required service. Thanks to all the great staff for a wonderful experience!

Always clean. Great staff, in particular Jesse and Leslie have checked me in a lot and are friendly, helpful, remember people and names, with a smile which means a lot to people like me that spend well over 200 nights out a year in many different cities. The bar is relaxing and food is good. Never had a bad stay.

I am a big Garden Inn guy spending well over 50 nights per year in them. First Tim in Dallas and needed a place I knew I count stay at with my boss as a base to work from for he week.
The place was clean, roof in good shape and staff was attentive to my needs. Exactly what I was looking for in my stay at my favorite Hilton franchise for business travel.

Worst manager award goes to....as a Diamond of this brand and a business traveler (48 weeks a year) i can't believe what took place at the front counter during check-out.
1/19/17 in the am 4 of us, all Diamond members, were checking out after a week's stay at this hotel. I noticed an enternet charge of $14.95 for my three day stay. Diamonds get high speed for free 'usually'. But the manager at this hotel refused to remove it telling me I logged in incorrectly and he was NOT going to remove it....

The others in my group challenged him on this decision and he said "I'm not removing it, pay it." I confirmed with him that he truthfully intended to refuse a $15 credit over a product that is clearly free for Diamonds. He confidently said "You bet, pay it".
In our group was the exec vp of eBay Motors. His hundreds of employees, including the other three with him, all travel and choose the Hilton brand. This single decision by this manager didn't sit well with us. We will await the Diamond desks reponse on this one.
Nice work Fred G. You single handedly represented the Hilton brand in the worst way possible. You need CS training. And if i were to guess this likely isn't your first confrontation. Your temper showed and your resolve to prove to employees who's boss. Congrats, you win. At least in your own mind.

Our stay was comfortable, quiet and worthy of a return. There is a refrigerator in the room but no safe. Climate control is easy to use and responsive. Called for the airport shuttle and they forgot me. Called again and they showed up in less than 15 minutes. They apologized and offered me a complimentary drink coupon for their bar. All good.
Asked one morning for an early housekeeping visit at 7:30 am. Housekeeping showed up at 10A. Just a little thing, but mentioned all this to what I be...

This hotel brings a good benefit vs cost, it is comfortable and employees are very kind. The Lobby of the hotel is nice and it`s very close to the airport. Near by the hotel you can find good options to dine.

No heat room was like an ice box. Arrived late and by the time I realized there was a heat problem I was all but in bed so I had to just deal with it. Gave me 5000 honor points which I think was conflicting their 100% satisfaction policy.

I booked this hotel because I was looking for a hotel near the airport, with a shuttle that is reasonably priced. The hotel itself is a pretty standard mid range hotel. The staff generally are pleasant and professional. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I like how the desk was near the window, which was great when I was doing some work. The layout is aesthetically pleasing.
