Nice Hotel, Very friendly personell and very efficient shuttle service. Clean Rooms, average us complementary breakfast. Rooms are well equiped with a small kitchen including fridge, microwave, dishwasher.

I spent in this hotel many weeks of 2016 for business trips. The hotel features spacious suites furnished with full kitchen and seating area. In one I brought with me my wife of my travels and my two sons. The hotel is perfectly located for them, at a very short distance from Grapevine Mills shopping mall, which in addition to many shops, also has a variety of entertainment for the kids. I stayed here for business last week and hated it. The staff did not adhere to my reservation request for room placement, and when I finally got to the right room, the bed linens were dirty. The hotel is in dire need of a redo. The rooms look very worn and need updating. For a busy hotel like this, I expected more. The customer service was terrible and I never received an apology from the management for the poor cleanliness of my room. I wasn't told about their 100% guarantee until after I rece... The Homewood Suites DFW was a nice hotel for an overnight stay between flights. The hotel was clean and quiet. The only real downside was the elevator at the front of the hotel was out of order so we had to drag our bags all the way to the back elevator and the back to the front of the hotel where our room was. The shuttle service was fast, free and fantastic! The drivers were very friendly. My phone fell out of my pocket on our trip to the airport. I called the hotel as soon as I realized... Jordan, Operations Manager, was super helpful. Taking the shuttle to my business conference at the Gaylord Conference Center saved me almost $20 a day, and the drivers were very nice. The complimentary breakfast and supper also saved me another $20 a day. I had to pay $10 at the Gaylord for a Caesar chicken salad wrap for lunch, which did not even include a drink or side item! We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath room which was really nice for our family. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We did use the pull out couch and the mattress seemed old and worn out. I know sofa sleepers are not very comfortable but this one seemed like it should be replaced. Good breakfast. There is a pool but we did not use it. Location is by the Grapevine Mills mall & Bass Pro Shop. Just a few minutes from historic Grapevine district.

Very good location and definitely would come back. I enjoyed my stay and the front desk was very helpful. Love the indoor pool and enjoyed the hot tub. I did use the basketball courts which the front desk gave me a basketball to use. Had a blast with the kiddos. Once again thank you.

Excellent stay, we needed a hotel with two rooms for a family Christmas trip and it worked out perfectly. The breakfast was great and the dinner was a bonus. Shuttle took us where we needed to go right away and picked us up very efficiently.

Service was top notch. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and soft. They accomodated a special request. Breakfast included better quality items and a lot of variety--my favorite was hearty oatmeal with walnuts, dried fruit and brown sugar.

The staff is very attentive and accommodating. Conveniently located to shops....bring you CC and cash. Hot tub, pool, movies and good food close by. Quiet hotel...lots of in house activities for the whole entire family.
