I stayed in three different hotels on a recent swing thru Tulsa and Dallas, and of the three, the Warwick Melrose was by far the best. Having had three nights of restless sleep at the other hotels, the Warwick Melrose had the most comfortable bed, and best of all, the most comfortable pillows! This might not matter much to many of you, but all of their pillows came in various sizes, from small to large, and were all down pillows as opposed to foam. Needless to say, I had the best night's sleep h... Read more

Writing a review for our stay presents quite a conundrum‚?¶..the physical plants needs much greater attention to detail regarding maintenance and updating‚?¶.the list for our room is long: when first entering the room, noticed that the drawers to the dresser were opened in a staged manner; never had seen this and thought it was some ‚??good‚?? housekeeping trick‚?¶.not so, as they actually would not stay shut and returned to this position after being closed‚?¶..carpet was worn with threads expos... Excellent hospitality and customer service. My friends and IÔł? really enjoyed ourselves in The Library Pub. Great atmosphere, live music, excellent food, upscale venue and award winning service...would highly recommend. The Hotel Food and Beverage Director Trent Yoder and Library Pub Manager Gene Vails are indeed Professionals in every aspect of the word. IÔł? will visit again soon.

The hotel is a lovely older building and the rooms are huge. The room I stayed in had all new carpet, drapes, and bedding. The location is good with many great restaurants within walking distance. The staff is all very accommodating and they even have a shuttle service for short trips. Best airport if staying here is Dallas Love, just 15 minutes away.

A disappointment compared to our stay ten years ago or more. Poor re-investment in updating rooms, old, torn furniture, dirty carpet, broken light fixtures, staff's poor response to complaints. Overall outdated decor in need of serious update to remain considered a quality, fine hotel.

I want to preface by saying that the Warwick Melrose is one of my favorite Hotels. The location is amazing, the staff so very accommodating and the rooms and amenities are first class. The Library Lounge is a wonderful place to relax and and very popular with the local clientele. My food on this trip was disappointing, not sure what the issue was. That will certainly not keep me from returning soon.

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights for work. It is relatively quiet, and classically beautiful. The bed is comfortable and the food is excellent. Furthermore, it is easy to travel around Dallas with this location as a starting point, Highly recommended for a calm, quick stay.

This was second stay at this hotel and the staff are awesome. The property is beautiful and very Victorian. The rooms are clean and styled in theme with the rest of the hotel. Beautiful comfy beds! I only give three stars as I can‚??t stand the perfume they pump through the hotel!

The hotel was fine but the room furnishings and curtains were dark and oppressive. The lobby was much brighter and lighter. The food in the dining room and bar was very good and reasonably priced unlike most hotels. Cleanliness, amenities, etc average.

This Grand Hotel is so beautiful. The rooms were great and comfortable and clean. The Library bar was so much fun. The bartenders we're awesome and made such great drinks, I will support this place every chance I get.
