We are Marriott gold members who prefer Fairfield inns. This is great one. Perhaps it was a slow mid week but we got upgraded to one of their small suites. The staff were super friendly. The free breakfast and 24 hour free coffee was typically great for Fairfield as contrasted with expensive stuff at courtyard. This is a value Winner!!!!

While I did not get to stay at the property - I can't say enough about Nestor Estrada! I had an issue with a cancellation that dated back to September that he spent a lot of time helping me straighten out. My husband always laughs at me and my Lexus (which I love because of the service); I told him Nestor rated above my Lexus guy. Gentleman like Mr. Estrada make being loyal to Marriott a very easy decision!!

We were in Arlington to catch the Cowboys play Tampa Bay and stay over for 3 more nights to get ready for the EPS Senior Showcase at AT&T stadium. This hotel property had a shuttle to AT&T stadium which was very helpful. The property is near other venues and restaurants. Very reasonable and serves coffee or hot tea all day long. They serve a simple morning breakfast.

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond to ensure their guests are happy. I was hosting a meeting off-site at a business location where catering was not available. The front desk manager Yamel provided thermal coffee pots and all the supplies my team needed so we wouldn't be without our morning coffee. Thank you Yamel for your kindness and support!

Loved the hotel- clean, great location, great breakfast. Staff was awesome. Manager Nestor Estrada went out of his way for us. I got sick while I was there and they drove us to the clinic down the street. Then checked on us later in the day. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us, I really appreciated it! Jane

Due to construction, it is challenging getting in/out of hotel. Chose this hotel because it was close to ATT Stadium. We called ahead requesting early check in. the responded they would do their best. Upon arrival, along with many other guest, we were able to get into our rooms in time to catch the shuttle to the game. Shuttle service is awesome. We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip during a recent trip to Texas. This hotel is currently a bit challenging to get to because of construction, but we didn't hesitate to book a second night upon our return to Arlington after touring Texas. There are several restaurants nearby (many within walking distance) and it is close to Six Flags, Globelife Park and AT&T Stadium. Brent is one of the worst Marriott employees I've ever met! So rude, no regard for paying guests, not one clue how to work in customer service! No amount of training with fix the attitude that man has!

The hotel is a bit old and looks like some of it might be renovated but not enough. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was small and dingy and had no fan so it steamed up quickly. The elevator was old and took the stairs when we did not have our luggage as we did want to get stuck.

2nd time at this hotel. Hotel is nice but the issue was with housekeeping. My room never got cleaned,I complained at the front desk and the answer I got was "did you have a do not disturbed sign on your door? I said yes but we left around 11:00 am ,so they continue to tell me.well housekeeping begins cleaning at 8:00am,so they passed your room. What kind do of answer is that?
