There are two buildings, only one building is attached to the lobby. If you want breakfast, not much selection, or talk to someone at the desk you have to go out and across to the lobby. It's a hassle, especially in the pouring rain. Our room was clean, but it smelled like a couple of cans of air freshener had been emptied in the room. The odor was so overpowering, that we had to open the windows and turn on the bathroom vent for quite a while to make it bearable. In the kitchenette, you... Read more

Facility itself decent, staff seemed nonattentive and did not do the one thing I asked them to despite being promised otherwise. Breakfast offerings very lacking. Location was really the only plus. I use the Marriott chain frequently and expect much better.

We stayed for five nights around Christmas. The hotel was clean and service was nice. I was a bit bummed they didn't have their social hour (free dinner) the few days after Christmas but understand they were probably giving the staff a break. Breakfast morning was just cold food. Again, bummed but understanding. We had a two bedroom suite which had enough room for four of us. Didn't seemed vacuumed when we got there but left a note and a tip for the housekeeping and it was great when we g... Read more

We stayed here four nights while in town for the Cotton Bowl. We chose the hotel for its two bedroom suite as well as its proximity to AT&T Stadium. It is an easy walk that takes about 15-20 minutes. While the rooms and hotel were clean, the beds were extremely noisy. Lots of creaks and squeeks with every move you made. We were also disappointed with the "complimentary breakfast". On New Years Day, only a "cold" breakfast of cereal and warm juice was offered. There was slices of bread, b... Read more

I stayed at this hotel on the night of December 14, 2016 in room 308. I had reservations to stay for three nights, but checked out early because this is, without a doubt, the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. Let me say that the employees at the front desk were very friendly -- I have no complaints about them. I cannot begin to explain how bad the bed was!! Every time I moved in the bed it made loud "popping" noises. I did not sleep at all that night. I do not want to sound like I ... Read more

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive, especially Jerika. We never made it downstairs early enough for breakfast, but it is available. Over all great stay and convenient location to AT&T Stadium and lots of restaurants. We pretty much Ubered everywhere and our trips we resonable, $5-$10.

Stayed here for two nights during the first weekend of October to see the last regular season (2) games of the Rangers. The weather was beautiful! Upon arrival, the front desk person was so friendly and so nice to my kid. She was really sweet and helpful because we were in a rush to get to the game. She informed us of the free (to hotel guests) trolley to the ballpark and it was crowded but nice to have the option to and from. We actually walked home after the day game and it's not far but ... First impressions last, and unfortunately my first impression was not good. The receptionist barely offered us a greeting and appeared not to show any interest in us.On top of this, she could not find our reservation number despite it being made through Marriott. Nor could she find it with our name. We were handed the keys to our room with no guidance as to the direction of the room. Our room had an unclean feel to it and the bed was noisy.

This is not our first visit. Room was very nice and breakfast was average. I am giving it an average rating. The reason is that they dropped the ball on fixing the phone...(I still believe in security). Said the closet door would be fixed. It was propped up against the frame very loosely. Went to ballgame and not a darn thing completed. I told the morning desk clerk about the issue again! Good luck to the next people inhabiting the room!
