It's been a great visit! The room is clean and quiet and the breakfast included biscuit and gravy that was very good. The best part of the room is in the picture, I'm typing this review from my balcony overlooking the creek while sipping cofee. My only issue has been with the internet which I need for school and business, I have not been able to connect after reporting it twice to the front desk. Cell service is good so I was able to tether and work anyway. I recommend this place to anyone l... Read more

We stayed here a few week before Christmas and I loved how they had the hotel decorated! The rooms, as always, are very nice with a comfy bed and warm heater! I love how the bathroom/vanity separate the two beds--it's nice to have a little privacy! The balcony is nice but I wish there was a little better separation between rooms-you can see and hear other people, sometimes loudly! I like that they have an option to specifically book a room on the bottom level. The checkout with Felicia Young was... Read more

I've stayed at Creekstone Inn several times. The rooms are nice. Nothing over the top but they are comfortable and clean. I was a little disappointed this last stay when I came back after being in Gatlinburg all day to discover the maid service had helped herself to donuts left on the table. I know it was just a donut but still.....

This was a spontaneous overnight post-Christmas trip. My sister's time share was booked, so we did an online search. Creekstone Inn had some of the lowest pricing, along with good reviews, so we drove there to check it out. A young man from Grayson, KY, was working the front desk, allowed us to check the room first, and was very friendly and helpful. Loved the room! All of the rooms have balconies overlooking the creek and campgrounds behind the inn (charming view). Also, the room layout with th... Read more

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the way the rooms are set up. There were two beds with the Bathroom dividing them. Room was clean and comfortable. We liked being on the river seeing all the geese.

Check In went very smooth and quickly. Very nice and friendly staff. We are a larger family, and needed 2 queen rooms to accommodate us. They were able to give us two rooms right beside each other. Nice view from the back deck. Rocking chars and a small table out there. We actually saw geese and ducks every morning, even as cold as it was during our stay. There is a trolley stop right in front of the building. And it's also within walking distance to many restaurants. And The Dixie Stampede. ... Read more

I hope this hotel is fine with the fire raging right now. We spent Thanksgiving week in this hotel and were very pleased. The building is not new, but very clean which is something I look for first. The balcony sat right over the river which made us sad we weren't there in summer when we could have gone in. My husband did try to cross, but his fear of cold water drove him back. There is a go-cart track in front, but I never heard it. I could see the hot doughnut light at Krispy Kreme and c... Read more

This is the best budget friendly motel I have found in the area. The room was clean, no smells and I love the split floor plan set up. Breakfast was continental. Staff was very friendly and courteous. You can't beat this place for the money 35$ night
