I really enjoyed my time here. I picked this hotel because it is the half point for my boyfriend and myself. The food from the lounge/restaurant was great, our room was nice, smelled fresh, clean, and the staff was great. We didn't get in the indoor pool, but we talked to a couple as they enjoyed the water. Overall it was a nice getaway and this is our permanent meet up location!!!

Located close to shopping and food dining spots. Checkin was quick and courteous. The room was nice a spacious and seemingly clean, bed is comfortable. However, I noticed someone's bra was left, perhaps fallen off the chair, and has been here in the floor behind said chair since the beginning of my stay, not exactly out of site. Interactions with the hosts and the bartender Nea was overall pleasant, however it stops here. Wifi hasn't worked at all. I inquired at the desk, but it was shrugged o...

I inquired at the desk, but it was shrugged off with the excuse that the routers are overworked and to try to connect to a different router, or come down to the lobby and use the computer. However, my computer cannot even connect to put in the password to attempt to manage a poor connection. I slipped down to FUSE to order some food to take up to the room, since there is not menu for room service. This was a mistake. Nea was doing her best to keep up, but seemed to be the only one working the room and the bar. I waited 45 minutes for a quesadilla and humus, the quesadilla was cold and poorly executed. The chicken in it was flavorful, because they were just really large chunks of a chicken breast, making for an awkwardly ugly and chunky quesadilla. Perhaps it took so long, because the cook needed to buy the Tostitos salsa that is provided. They included large glass dishes for the salsa and sour cream in the styrofoam togo container, but no silverware when I got to my room. Overall a strange experience that I wouldn't recommend. I cannot speak for breakfast at FUSE as breakfast is not included and I haven't attempted it.
***im adding this edit as this morning when i awoke I had disrupted the bed sheets enough to discover that they've apparently not been changed since the previous guest! Also the shower was barely warm at all today, despite the hot water being turned all the way over to what should be scalding.

Stayed here while in town for business. Parking is a pain. These doesn't seem to be enough, and what is there you have walk around a culvert. Traffic getting onto Shallowford Road and traffic in that area can be a pain. Lots of nearby restaurants. I had the breakfast buffet downstairs, and it was so-so. The staff at the front desk can be hit or miss as to how cordial/polite they can be. Unsure if I will choose this hotel again in the future.

I scored this hotel at a great rate from groupon. Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to chattanooga. Great area and about 20 minutes away from downtown Chattanooga. The beds are a little hard to my liking, but that's ok, everyone else liked them. Only negatives i would complain about was it did not include breakfast and wifi was almost non-existent which was irritating.

No hot water?! Room smells bad. Refrigerator and ptac (a/c, heater) are loud and obnoxious. Walls and floors are paper thin. Finishes are taped together. We should have just slept in the car. Definitely a wake up call, Holiday and IHG. There are a couple of other hotels on the same street.

This was listed as a "surprise hotel" on Groupon. The price was right & I needed a decent room in Chattanooga so I took the chance.
I really enjoyed this property. It was near the mall and in a decent part of town. There was gas and groceries nearby.
The rooms were nice, the lobby was very attractive and the staff was pleasant.
I will stay at this property again if on the I-75 side of Chattanooga.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable,and was a good price for why you get! good location for mall and food! Breakfast was nothing special just OK! There are a lot of choices around this area not really sure i would dry here gain! An average hotel!

The room I had seemed fairly recently remodeled. The staff is really friendly & the food is quite decent (I only had the breakfast buffet).
On site coin op laundry made things pretty convenient when all my flights were cancelled.
The snacks do not get restocked, so you are forced to go offsite or go in the bar/restaurant.

Don't stay here if you need internet. When I stayed, I had no internet. Even worse, it would pop us as available and then immediately drop. The hotel is ok, but the internet, which most of us use for business and life, is non-existent.

I think that when reading hotel reviews, they don't do you much good unless you have the same expectations and values as the person reviewing.
Home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom $80k home. So, my expectations are simple:
1. I want a courteous staff
2. I want a bed/pillow comfort level slightly higher than what I own
3. I want my room and bathroom to look like I'm the first person to stay in it (clean!)
4. I want my room to be stocked/prepared for my reservation (if there are 4 of us, then there ...

I booked this through groupon for $70 a night, and for that price, I felt like this was a luxury hotel.
This hotel had a courteous staff. Lots of good mornings and immediate attendance to us and to requests.
The beds were clean, no stains, and very nice. I meant to bring my own pillow, but I forgot it. Ended up falling in love with my hotel pillow.
The bathroom looked average. There was 1 hair still on the wall of the tub left by another guest, but I didn't see any mold or mildew. The sinks here are really neat, but the faucets are very loud. I was only stocked with 3 towels and 2 washcloths, though. I went downstairs to ask for more and was given them right away.
The room was equipped with a thermostat in addition to a wall unit. We never needed to turn the wall unit on.
I was pleased that I had a Keurig and a mini fridge/microwave combo and free wifi.
We really liked how the room was decorated. Our view was of an air conditioning unit and the back of a local's home.
The pool was a nice extra. The chlorine was very high. We only got in one time. If you go and you're an adult, I recommend wearing some clothes over your swim suit or changing in the bathroom at the pool because the glass door leading to pool is in full view of the lobby and restaurant.
We ate at the hotel restaurant one night. The burgers tasted good--the meat was obviously a pre-formed patty. The pesto potatoes came in a very small portion and tasted like they had been reheated in a microwave. Other than the potatoes, a nice dinner that kept us from having to leave the hotel and look for a place to eat.
We were about 25 minutes from the aquarium and rock city and travel during work/school traffic was heavy on I-75 and I-24. There was a mall nearby and a lot of restaurant choices.
