I really like the energy of this Aloft hotel. I travel to Philadelphia often for my job and tend to stay near the airport because I only stay for one night. The Aloft has a modern, fun vibe with the XYZ bar in the lobby. It makes leaving my home and the comfort of my own bed a little more interesting because it feels like something more than just a hotel. It feels like a place to connect, unwind and experience something different. The shuttle fro the airport is also quick, reliable and painless... Read more

I travel for work so I've stayed in many hotels. Nothing beats the service of this establishment. I was in town for 2 nights. Jaime Schafer and Gabriel Herrera went WAY beyond the call of duty for a memorable experience! I will be recommending my friends, family and work colleagues to stay at the Aloft of Philadelphia Airport just because of the service I got from this amazing people. Jaime and Gabriel are the poster children of what extraordinary service is. This is my new spot when I'm in town... Read more

Book carefully because you will be quoted with one price and charged with a lot higher stay. You are charged for everything including their breakfast where most places are complimentary. You will be charged $10 per night for parking at this location. The manager who was on duty was very attentive and staff were very professional. Although the Front Desk Talents were extremely courteous and friendly, it was the way the location's policy thats not worth staying.

ALoft as a whole is a little industrial and definitely not luxury or upscale in any way. And the rooms here are no exception. With all Aloft hotels you expect a captains bed, a shower with pump dispensed shampoo and soap, and a sliding door to the bathroom and closet. The ironing board is tucked in a cupboard beside the bed and the seating is an upholstered bench under the mounted TV or a desk chair. This is the same with every Aloft I've stayed at and what I expect when I reserve one. But ... Read more

the Aloft is simply too modern for its own good; the décor seems to be from Ikea and looks funky and modern but honestly it uncomfortable and too sparse. The rooms are small, far too 'efficient' and are therefore cold in feel and in temperature. The staff at the front desk and bar seem more interested in each other than in the guests unfortunately; I had to wait for check in and did not locate a bartender at the bar for over ten minutes.

Stayed here for one night prior to a long-haul flight to Asia. Simple pick-up by the shuttle at the airport and a 7/8 minute ride to the hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and check in and out was simple. Room was a good size with clean linens and towels. Comfortable bed. Bar area was quite. The only thing I may have liked would have been a better selection of items to eat for a dinner/snack. For the price this was good value. in a complex with other SPG Hotels. Shuttles run every 20 minu... Read more

Stayed here on business last month. It's a fun property -- not your standard ho-hum hotel. Clean. Room layout was good, with a separate dressing area to the living area. Fun, modern look. Staff were all friendly. The location was convenient for our purposes. I'd stay here again. The only thing I'd change would be the food options in the lobby, but I'm kinda picky with food -- I eat super clean, and everything was sugar and carb stuff. I realize I'm not the norm on food.

The Aloft Philadelphia Airport's lobby is very nice, trendy, and modern. You are immediately drawn in by the vibrant color scheme. As I hurriedly checked in, I noticed that there was fresh fruit in the lobby that looked so fresh and right out of a book. Room: The room was very clean with everything in place. It has a very "different" type of layout/design which isn't bad but I suppose, more on the minimalist side. There isn't a closet but rather and "area" to put maybe a small bag and coat. (... Kiyona W. has converted me into a raving fan. I am in Corporate Sales and my last 16 years have been in sales and sales management. I appreciate the talent and natural ability it takes to mirror your clients and adapt to their unique personalities and needs. My mother just passed away and I took a spur of the moment trip to Philadelphia to get away. My needs where to be treated like a friend rather than a hotel guest. Kiyona sensed this and adapted. She not only figured out the uber app u... Read more

Warning - do not stay here This is a nightclub that just happens to have rooms. If you plan on having a good nights sleep, pre or post travel, this is NOT the hotel for you. This was our third stay here and it has gradually gone done hill, I believe it has now hit rock bottom. Arriving at midnight after 18 hours of travel - the ghetto, gangster, hip hop nightclub atmosphere was not inviting - if anything, I felt uncomfortable, unwelcome and unsafe. I paid to stay at this 'SPG' hotel because... Read more
