The people are very friendly and always willing to help. The property is located walking distance to a steak house and minutes away from many restaurants. Recommend this hotel for business for pleasure when in the Hanover area.

Just an OK stay. Exterior needs a clean up and sofa in room is so broken it is unusable to sit on. Staff did their jobs, nothing more. The room was clean and quiet - housekeeping did a good job on the rooms, but entrances need to get cleaned up as there was a lot of litter and debris about. Construction was not the issue, just poor management.

Have stayed at this hotel perhaps a dozen times over the last 10 years always a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and capable. Service is toward the higher end of the Hampton Inn franchise. Always clean

Hampton Inn Hanover Always Nice

This hotel is where I always stay when in Hanover. The staff is always very friendly. The rooms and hotel overall are very comfortable. I really like the breakfast in the morning and love the pool and hot tub. I normally stay at Marriott Hotels but prefer this one when in town.

We have stayed at this Hampton a number of times over the years . Every time we receive great service . The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean . Lots of room in bathroom. Great towels and bed linens. Work out facility is good . Indoor pool and jacuzzi was nice. Free Breakfast spread was Ok, I think they were better in the past ( I disliked the scrambled eggs, however the oatmeal waffles sausage etc are all good). Complimentary wifi was fine. Visit Hanover PA for business. The hotel is clean, conveniently located with best service in town. The lady at the front desk receive us like we know each other before, very friendly. It was raining hard outside. We wanted to have a glass of milk before go to bed and the lady at the front bring milk (2%) to us with out even ask for it. We stayed here for a family funeral and was very happy with the attentiveness of the staff for our family. When I called to book the room on short notice, we got the bereavement rate and when I asked for late checkout, it was granted with no problem. That was greatly appreciated. The mints on our pillow at night were an extra nice touch! The outside of the hotel was being remodeled and it looked like the inside was recently renovated as well.
