Great stay! Hotel wonderful. Location - perfect for food, shopping, skating at the UPMC Lemieux Complex. Working with Jennifer Scanlon and Kate Knecht with Sales to set up our stay was great. They both went above and beyond to make our stay easy and affordable. Lots of thumbs up from our hockey parents!

For $50 I expected more. I come to this hotel often and was so disappointed in my hamburger and humus. I will never Oder room service here again? Hotel, it is a pleasant hotel and I like the remodeled bathrooms. I am looking forward to it the rooms being renovated and given that fresh new clean Marriott look. It is a comfortable place and people are very nice. Just do yourself a favor. No room service.

I had the opportunity to stay here for a convention I attended. The service was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. I was greeted upon arrival quickly and checked in fast. The room was cheerful and well kept. Loved the bathroom. They had done a remodel and put sliding glass doors on the bathroom entrance and shower stall. VERY NICE!!! I have stayed at the Pittsburgh Marriott North multiple times in the last year and the staff has always been super. The hotel offers modern conveniences like TVs with built in Netflix, Hulu, and Youtube. The rooms are always functional although the water could have been hotter. This is a completely personal choice as I like almost scalding showers according to my wife. I would like to see the dining options upgraded. I attended an event that consisted of an afternoon meeting with lunch and a banquet in the evening. Our meeting was in the Pittsburgh Room, and it was nicely suited to our needs. Lunch was a buffet with cold cuts and salads. The desserts looked great, but I didn't have any. Dinner was in the main banquet room. Stayed two nights and it was a comfortable stay. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Good location, close to restaurants and the highway. The rates are reasonable as well. In a very nice neighborhood.

Very nice property with large public space. Good size rooms. Very efficient and friendly staff. Nice fitness center. Location is good; close to the Turnpike and I-79. Plenty of parking. Not too many restaurants in the immediate vicinity; a few in the shopping center across the main road â?? it is illegal/impossible to walk across this road, so driving is required even for a short distance. NB: The Juniper Grill, in the shopping center across the main road, is quite good

I have been travelling for work and stayed a few Marriott Hotels recently. Most have really friendly front desk staff, but this staff really stood out to me. Sam Michaels is amazing; he really goes above and beyond. He not only ensures you have everything you need, he makes you feel like you deserve the best - what sells you is how genuinely caring he is. My wife and I enjoy the atmosphere and food. Excellent quality. The service is the best. Shannon makes sure that we are tended too and takes care of those little needs we have that can be a pain for a server. We appreciate her attention to detail and friendly demeanor.
