Quick "spoil me" visit for a guy who is still working full time at the age of 70! He had a spa day, we viewed the art installations at 21C Museum Hotel, rested a bit then had a fabulous dinner at Metropole Restaurant. Museum staffers were helpful and friendly, from the valet parking guys to the restaurant staff. We both felt spoiled, loved the hotel and the art ... and next day visited the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. It was expensive, but worth every penny.

We stayed here with our 3 year old and we had a wonderful time. Although it is not a hotel I would have expected to be "kid friendly", the staff were so sweet to her and she had a great time. She loved all the yellow penguins and would hug them each time we came in. The staff were very friendly and the room was well furnished and comfortable. It is directly across the street from Nada and The Aronoff Center. It was perfect for our family weekend in Cinci, but will look forward to a couples retr... Read more

They spoiled us and made sure every aspect of the stay was perfect. Very clean, very comfortable and will definitely stay again. The museum was very cool and the little artistic details even in the room was cool.

Really enjoyed my stay here. What a terrific addition to the downtown landscape!! The location cannot be beat, the staff is very professional, and the property is beautiful. I remember when this stately building was a run-down flophouse. They did an amazing job bringing it back from the edge of extinction. Big thumbs up!

My wife and I stayed here this past weekend, while attending a concert downtown. I knew this place was good, but they blew me away! Each and every staff member is focused on making sure we had a great stay, from valet, to checkin, to housekeeping. I've never had a better stay, in 40+ years of travel-including international. The facilty is a cool mix of 1800s history and new mellenium funky. The decor and furnishings were fantastic, and the public art museum was incredible. Our new favorite geta... Read more

We stayed only one night in this wonderful, funny and stylish hotel, but we'll absolutely be back! The exhibition of contemporary art was ver well curated, and next to the hotel, we found galleries and museums of high quality. The downstairs restaurant Metropole, is really worth a visit. In both the restaurant and the lobby, the staff was super friendly!

If you are looking for a place with local flare in the middle of everything whether on a business stay or just to visit this place is awesome. Next to a ton of bars, close walk to OTR. The staff are phenomenal, locals that know the area and know how to add a touch of luxury to an eclectic experience.

Our room was spacious, very attractive, quiet, clean and comfortable. The 2 floors of gallery space are a great bonus if one has some time to kill. The bar is attractive and has a good snack menu. Restaurant is convenient--we only had breakfast there. Front desk attendants are helpful and friendly, without being intrusive.

Kidnapped my husband for his birthday for an in-town celebration. Terrific spa package enticed me--great value with vouchers toward massages, gift shop, and breakfast the next morning at Metropole. Staff so friendly and hospitable. Lovely room and added bonus of terrific art!
