This is our favorite Marriott affiliated property thus far. The Kessler owned hotel is amazingly grand, beautiful and cozy all in one. The staff were among the most pleasant we have ever experienced. It's location in the heart of Biltmore Village, made it even better. We are already planning our next trip.

Last time I was in Asheville and caught glimpse of this hotel and knew that I wanted to stay here. So for my birthday my family and I decided to take a trip to the mountains and of course I booked the Grand Bohemian. Such a great decision! This hotel was very lovely and the décor was so eye catching. All of the staff at the hotel were very nice and showed nothing but exemplary customer service. I loved that this hotel was pet friendly as it is sometimes hard to come by. We also received a $50 b... Read more

Amazing hotel. Staff are warm and friendly catering to guests preferences but not pretentious. Hotel is gorgeous, amazing art and décor, common area has giant fireplace that invites you to sit and stay a while. Rooms are outstanding with soaking tubs fit for a king. We stayed in the Manor, the next door annex which was equally luxurious but a little cheaper. Highly recommend.

We spent two nights here last week and it was a really lovely hotel. Very nice reception, comfortable room, nice amenities and a wonderful bar and restaurant. A roaring fire in the lobby is a great touch. The location is perfect. Not a 5 star, but we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a grand find in the heart of Biltmore village. We went for our 20th. anniversary. This is the place to go when you want complete luxury and accommodations. The staff pays attention to all your needs and are warm and friendly. We were not disappointed in anyway. Grand it is.!! We will go back. Thanks to Mickey, Geoff, Sara, Joe, Constance to name that were wonderful. My only regret is I should of bought the music cd provided in our suite. Its not available anywhere else. Darn.. T... I've traveled historic homes/castles in Europe and this definitely took me back to a Europe grand lodge. Service & rooms were amazing. My only small problem was how well the "check-in" desk blended in that I thought they were the concierge! Ha but that's also how comfortable they make you feel!

We always try to stay at a Marriott and this experience was near the top of our visits for hotels! The staff, food, rooms with amenities, and overall ambiance was exceptional. Great location and within walking distance to restaurants, and shops. Located across the street from the gates to the Biltmore. However, they do charge for parking. $20.00 overnight for each night. there is no minibar but they do provide a bottle of wine and water available for purchase in the room

My wife and I visited Asheville this weekend, and we were particularly lucky that the weather was rather warm for January. As the Bohemian was fairly booked up, we were forced to stay at the carriage house across the street. This was a rather unfortunate as Hendersonville Road separating the two is quite busy. I would recommend only trying to stay in the main hotel, and we will certainly do this next time. Our room that we were first put in was way too small and only had a shower, no tub. A quic... Overall a really cool style to the hotel. The décor feels like a mountain lodge and the fireplace with the piano player nearby is a nice touch. As a Marriott Platinum member there is not much to be desired compared to your traditional Marriott properties, and I had to specifically ask for my elite benefits. We stayed in the Manor House across the street, which I would not suggest in the winter time, as you need to go outside and cross the street with a very poorly timed crosswalk for getting... Read more
