Was nervous as the lot and area are sketchy, but people working were very nice. As someone else mentioned, we also could not get a hold of anyone in November. With LAG being remodeled, getting to a cab to be brought to our car was a nightmare after trying to call for 15 minutes with no luck. Turns out they were having phone line issues and when we arrived there the worker was very apologetic and kind. Shuttle was not at terminal for our Delta flight from Orlando 11/13/16. Other families also there, between us called all three numbers for this parking company with no one answering the phone. After waiting around for 45 minutes and calling the numbers constantly we decided to take a cab to the lot. No apologies or explanations were given by attendant. No longer a hotel but a great place to park your car. Reasonably priced and great service. Came back a day early, called when arrived and car was waiting out front. Did not use the shuttle as it is a 10 minute walk across the street. Will definitely use again.

We traveled from La Guardia and used The Landing as form of transportation from the parking lot to the airport. We made reservations online, shuttle van is available. When we arrived back from our vacation, we just called the office and were picked up within 15 mins or so. For 5 nights, we paid $104, we didn't have any issues and will be using again when traveling from this airport.

We used them for airport parking while going on vacation, what a horrible place, they are located next to a homeless shelter and it was unsafe but we left our car since we had a flight from Laguardia to get to. When we got back at 9pm it took them 30 minutes to pick us up. Finally after 3 phone calls they showed up. When we got our car it was scratched and dented. this hotel was converted to a homeless shelter but people were not told, do not stay there , you will see all kind of people and even a metal detector. your items will not be secured at all. its a shame it was a great location and hotel. but I guess nyc its paying more money .

Stayed at the hotel for one night after arriving late. Shuttle service was uneasy to find, thanks to help of one of the airport staff found out that I have to call to the hotel to arrange a shuttle. The reception staff was not very welcoming or interested, the room was small and cold. The most unpleasant thing was that I did not feel very safe there, as I was travelling solo. Noisy not the cleanest no frig in room had to request one. Bath tub very small and dirty. The BIG NEGATIVE had to pay. $9.00 to park!!!!!! Breakfast not good at all. Will not be coming back here. STAFF very nice......
