We stayed here last weekend and loved it. The room was extreme spacious and clean. Which is hard to find in Manhattan. However, this was so close we just jumped on the Jay st train and boom..... in the city. The check in process was quick and easy and the bar area had great food and amazing service! Shout out to the best waiter Vincent from Nigeria! The elevators were lightening fast and in the evening security only allowed hotel guests with a key near them! Free wifi! Awesome! Wonderful experie... Read more

The hotel was recently redone and they have done a nice renovation job. Check in is on the second floor and my check in went smoothly. There is an attached garage. Service staff is very good and the room was perfect and cleaned timely. The Member lounge is large but can get busy especially on weekends. They have a good sized bar/lounge with a small menu but enough options that you will find something you like. If you are not eligible for the member Lounge for breakfast, there is a small snack ... The staff are very professional and friendly. The hotel is immaculately clean. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Amazing gym and pool although the gym is kept about 20 degrees too warm. Walking distance to everything Brooklyn has to offer + a subway station is right outside. I wouldn‚??t hesitate at all to stay here again.

We stayed over Christmas and had a great experience. The location is perfect if you want to explore downtown Brooklyn, or walk over the Manhattan and/or Brooklyn bridges. Even more special for Christmas, it is around the corner from the Brooklyn Tabernacle, which is a special place to visit for a Sunday worship service. The price was very reasonable--much less than Manhattan hotels for a nicer room. If you are doing the NYC tourist thing, I highly recommend spending 1-2 nights here and then ... Read more

This is a standard Marriott with warm service and quiet rooms. If you have business or family in Brooklyn, and you want to make some points towards status, the rate here makes it an attractive "deal" for NYC. The lobby has been redone and the restaurants are good. Beware of taking LYFT or Uber to the hotel since they will want to drop you off behind the hotel with their WAZE app. Ask to get dropped off by the nearby at Rocco's taco bar next door. The rooms are nice enough, but they have a v... Read more

Where should I start? OK - I pre-paid for a full King suite. I called and asked if it had a door to the living room so that there would be 2 distinct spaces, and they said it did. I checked in on-line saying we would arrive at 3PM. We got there at 3:20 and the room was not ready until 4:30 P.M. This "suite" had a curtain between the bed and couches. No closet, a very small bathroom with a plastic shower and single sink outside the bathroom next to the bar where we hung our clothes. The r... Read more

Large, spacious and updated rooms. TV's have Netflix so if you have an account already, you're hooked up. The customer service was wonderful especially at the front desk at check-in. The fitness center is quite large compared to other hotels and is open 24/7. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed at this hotel, by now, for probably over a 100 nights! It is my preferred hotel in New York. The front desk is very friendly, especially with Beverly who goes out of her way to be helpful. The reasons for my staying here are several. The first is the location. It is on the 4/5 (green) and 1/2/3 (red lines) in the front of the hotel. The F (orange) and A/C (blue) hotels are just behind the hotel. The R (which I normally do not use) is a block or two away. My experience is that in t... Read more

The location is the reason I only give it 3 stars is the location. I personally wouldn't stay again for only that reason. As a hotel and staff I would give it 5 stars but for location for a tourist, I would actually give it only three. While I keep hearing Brooklyn is the "it" place to be, we kept asking people what there is to do around the hotel and their only answers were restaurants and bars. We are tourists wanting to do tourist things and found ourselves going into Manhattan and spending a... Read more

Here are two notes I sent to the hotel after our recent stay there . Thank you! Thank you! Dear Austin, We wanted to drop you a quick note and thank you again for all of the hospitality and service you provided us this past Friday ‚??
