Dont stay here, simple. Especially if you're in hopes of comfort with a business stay. Reservations wrong, accommodations out the window even tho "they make a note of it" ..lol, what a joke. This place has surely gone down hill, choose elsewhere.

This is a very nice Best Western Hotel. I've stayed at some that weren't quite as nice, and only one that was nicer. The staff was friendly and I appreciated the room. This is a pet friendly hotel, but the pet area is rather small. The only problem I encountered was actually finding the hotel. There is a sign by the road, but the first thing you see is a restaurant. The check-in desk is hidden around to the side of the restaurant. I came in through a side street, and entered the property t... Read more

Here for one night and chose it because it was close to old town and took dogs. Check in was a breeze love that. The bar bites, namely the tacos wer very unimpressive, no flavor very bland. We did have the breakfast and it was okay. The property seemed to be in good condition, the room was a very good size

We had a great time at this hotel, very nice staff, good food/room and close to local attractions. No unexpected surprises, which can sometimes happen. We will go back to this hotel again. Thanks for a great trip.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean and well-maintained during our stay. The hotel shuttle service to/from airport and to locations in the city was great. Monica was very helpful and a safe and courteous driver for the shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Albuquerque.

This little place is in an awesome location. It is near the Albuquerque Museum, Explora, Natural History Museum, Indian Cultural Center and Old Town. All worth visiting by yourself or with your family. There are really good restaurants nearby but please try the restaurant at the hotel. The food, drinks, and desserts are really good. It looks old but is truly charming. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is conveniently close to I-40 on the west side of town. The facility is clean and the staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Only issue is they need a fan in the bathroom to pull out the steam from the shower. We got a breakfast being a hotel member.

This hotel is conveniently located, has been remodeled and the staff is pleasant and attentive. The breakfast is a bonus! There is an excellent winery-related restaurant a couple of blocks away and Old Town is within walking distance from the hotel.

This was part of our trip south, as snowbirds. We have long searched for BWs on our trips. The Rio Grande Inn in Albuquerque is an excellent overnite place. The breakfast arrangement there was unusual in our experience and certainly better than elsewhere.
