We are a family of 5 & we all fit perfectly in the room!!! Its just a block from the Path & in just like 20 min. You are in World Trade Center. Also it's walking distance from supermarkets, so you can buy groceries & cook it in the room, which also has everything you need to cook. The rooms are a good size, beds are comfy & baths are very modern. Never we heard any noise. They have a laundry & a little grocery stand in the front desk. Staff are very very friendly. Breakfast its good & they have... Read more

I called ahead of our arrival by 30 minutes to ask that a crib be set up in our room. When we arrived, no crib had been set up and it was my son's bedtime. I didn't end up getting a crib until a full 45 minutes AFTER our arrival, well after my exhausted, jet-lagged child's bedtime. I had to ask several people to get us the crib and check in multiple times. If they had told me where the damn supply closet was, I would've gotten it myself!

The day clerk at the front desk was very good, but at check-in the evening clerk had a poor attitude and put personal phone calls and visiting relative ahead of her job. Check-in was more difficult since she had our reservation under the wrong name. Parking is off site, but convenient, at $18/day, poor directions, no advice on hotel amenities. This is particularly bad since the hotel is very new and has good offerings. It is clean, functional, with a bar that offers complementary drinks, a pool... Read more

I went there with my wife and children. Management very unprofessional and not willing to help. We called before to make sure they provide crib and extra sheets to cover and have room ready with a pull out bed. Instead when we arrived at 2 am after 27 hours of drive, we found ourselves walking around the hotel like idiots because non of them knew where our room was. We were also told to "go look for luggage cart yourselves" with little kids in the middle of the night. How horrible! This is just ... Read more

Our room was very comfortable. We are traveling with an infant and they gave us a very nice roll away crib that was very comfortable for our daughter unlike the normal pack and play. Our room had a full kitchen and was a decent size. We did have their breakfast which is average. They also have a cocktail hour with food and a drink per person from the bar that was well done. The parking is in a parking garage with plenty of spaces. We also found the maid service staff to be extremely helpfu... Read more

This hotel is so comfortable and friendly. The staff are very nice and helpful. I have been to many hotels, but this one, the staff were always working doing something to improve their beloved hotel. The hotel was very clean. The hotel offered an afternoon snack, fresh salad and a variety of cheese and soft drinks. For breakfast they offered breakfast wraps and hot beverages. I tell you the coffee was very good. I also need to mention that the hotel is adjacent to mass transit and a soccer stadiu... Read more

I got there late at night and although checkin was easy, the room was not what I expected. It was kind of a bedroom, kitchen and living room all in one. Worst part was that one wall behind the bed had no power and the view was of train tracks.

This was my first time staying at an Element hotel and I can tell you that you should too! I was in the area for a football game at Metlife Stadium and it was a great location for it. We spent one day in the city, which is only a short train ride away. We ended up taking an Uber from the hotel to Newark Penn and then taking the train to New York Penn. The PATH train is very easy to access from the hotel too but the weekend schedule of the PATH train is a little iffy with long wait times. Getting... Read more
