We recently stayed in a renovated suite at the St Louis Ritz Carlton. It was both beautiful and comfortable with every detail required for a relaxing stay thoughtfully provided. As always, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely back.

The hotel was very nice and in the midst of a room remodel. The staff for the most part was great. The lobby bar has a great happy hour with sushi made fresh. The remodeled rooms are very nice and luxurious. We ran into an issue at the event we were at where a purse was stolen and feel security handled it very poorly. That would be our only complaint.

- Hotel and rooms ok, I had a renovated room - Also conveniently located - Food Quality and Service were good in the Restaurant - wrong room, still occupied, keys not working, mediocre Service at reception - wake up call forgotten. and all for almost 500$ a night. OIverall at this Price and Quality clearly not acceptable.

The St. Louis Ritz-Carlton is everything you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton. It feel like old-world luxury. The staff is friend, some rooms have recently been updated, bathrooms are marble etc. Facilities are well kept, the food is very good at the grill and at the bar. The breakfast crowd seems to be a place for corporate big wigs in the area. Lobby bar always has people which is nice. Overall I would say it delivers on par. I would love them to try and figure out how they could make my tri... Read more

I have stayed at the Ritz in STL for years and on my last visit I would say it was looking worn. Checked in today to find that the rooms and lobby were under renovation which is great. Our room was recently done and at the Ritz standard. Very well done. Still with the great service

We were here for a party and decided to stay the night. We arrived around 5pm. Everyone from the bell services to the front desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was located on the 15th floor. It was spacious and clean. The decor was very pleasant - the bellman said that the rooms had recently been renovated. We had breakfast in the morning and found it to be better than most hotel breakfasts we had before. I would definitely stay here again.

I accompanied my husband on business. When I travel with him to clayton we stay at the ritz Carlton. It never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, helpful and cheerful. The food is excellent and we love the accessibility to everything.

I wouldn't say this is the most luxurious Ritz Carlton but its probably the most affordable one you'll ever find. I stayed in one of their brand newly renovated rooms on the top floor and it was comfortable, quiet, and the bed was nice. The finishings are more reminiscent of a Hyatt but than a luxury hotel but that doesn't personally bother me. Just an observation (esp. for a newly renovated room). The location of this hotel is perplexing- in the middle of a business park and quite far from an... Read more

The Ritz-Carlton St. Louis is always pleasant and elegant. Service is very good. Be aware that the lobby appears to be the place to be on weekend evenings, so it gets noisy. The rooms are very comfortable.

I only spent one night in this hotel when I was in St. Louis on business, but it was a memorable experience. My sleeping room was on one of the upper floors which has recently been renovated. The room was classic Ritz with warm, restful colors. The bed and bed linens were superb and I felt cocooned there even though the weather outside was terrible. I had dinner in the bar area and it was delicious. As usual, the amenities in the bathroom were top notch. Soft, thirsty towels and great water... Read more
