We took our Grandsons for a 3 day weekend getaway, booked for 2 adults 2 children. The check in offices are not at the address given. We had to guess on where to possibly find them as it is a Surrey resort and we had noticed the sign in one of the pictures. Nothing says The Townhouses anywhere. We run into 2 other cars also trying to find the place. When we finally get there we are told that our room could only sleep 2. They had booked us in a king motel type room. So even if we hadn't mentioned ... Read more

The Townhouse was pretty decent. Pros: Decent size one bedroom apartment. Nice size bathroom. Two closets. Washer/dryer in a closet. Big bathroom. A quaint living room with a TV. Kitchen stocked with dishes. Fitness room, tennis court, and game room on site. Three blocks from the main strip. Cons: Carpets need to be cleaned. Small kitchen table.

Loved the location. Layout of the townhouse was very accommodating. Have stayed at these 3 times. Very disappointed in how long the check in took. Had to change our room 3 times before we finally settled in. Very disappointed in how dirty the carpet was. Our feet were black!! Also in need of some updating. The deck on the back is peeling and has loose boards. Overall disappointed and won't be back :(

Stayed in a Queen room with a microwave and dorm size fridge. There was a high top table with 2 chairs, no other chairs for comfort. The room was clean and nicely decorated with nice furniture. The shower/tub combo was a deep Jacuzzi type tub with no safety rails, and was slippery. This could be a problem for seniors. The towels are large and fluffy. This unit is part of a larger condo that is separated by a double door. Since the walls are paper thin, you can hear every word coming from the... Read more

Once I finally found it, everything was fine. I booked with travelocity and they did not mention which property owned the place. I had a good idea of where it should be but nowhere did I find a sign that said the Townhouse. Google maps took me to an empty parking lot. It took 3 phone calls to get a person actually on the property to help me. Still never did see a sign with Townhouse on it. I reserved a studio. It is actually a back bedroom of a townhouse condo. I did have a private entrance with... Read more
