I selected this Quality Inn after much research on Trip Advisor for our vacation in Branson. It turned out to be the PERFECT Choice! The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. It was located on an angular, hilly corner of the main Strip/76 and Shepherd of the Hills Highway, although you couldn't see or hear any road noise. The entrance was very steep as was the parking lot. We found entering and exiting on the side road along side of the Gas Station next door was easiest for us after the initial check in. The Check-In Desk is in it's own building down along the road. The employee who checked us in was very friendly and check in was quick. The hotel is NOT what is pictured on the Trip Advisor listing. Check out my photo of the actual hotel. It is a 'drive up' type, not a 'hallway' type hotel, 3 stories with a stairway and separate elevator. There are 2 separate buildings of rooms, a separate breakfast room and pool room which was unique and worked very well! Our room was on the first floor and convenient to our car, pool, breakfast room. The room had updated carpeting, bedding, shower curtain and shower head and nice sink/counter/mirror area. We had a Double Q room and the beds were delightful! There was a small table with 2 chairs, a medium size frig and small micro, iron and board, clothes rack/hangers, dresser, and low luggage table. It was plenty of room for two people. The A/C was wonderfully cool which was a necessity in the heat! The entire complex was had quiet guests while we were there which we definitely appreciated. Out of our five night stay, I only heard a bit of running above us one short time. The housekeeping staff was efficient, quick and excellent in keeping our room perfect, which I loved! The pool was in a beautiful spacious separate building with windows. There were a few tables and chairs along with stacked clean towels. The pool was huge, clean and refreshing. The depth ranged from 3' to 8' sections. There was a nice size hot tub also, along with a door to a side outdoor deck which had chairs. The grounds of the entire complex were clean, well maintained, and parking lot, new and all updated. The breakfast was always fully stocked and the room had tables, chairs and a TV. It was a little tight between the tables. We always found a table for breakfast. There was also a nice deck with umbrella tables attached to the room if you wanted to sit outdoors. The homemade donuts were delicious and we enjoyed the regional homemade biscuits with sausage gravy. The fruit wasn't the best, apples, oranges and bananas which seemed kind of old, bruised, not fresh, but other than that we enjoyed the buffet each morning before our adventures! Our only other problem was not the hotel's fault but we had about six flies in our room when we arrived and they continued to get in. I'm not sure if a lot of flies are a "Branson" thing, with the heat/humidity, or the fact that we were on the first floor, which we've never been in any other hotel. Luckily we had a handy flip flop at the ready to fly hunt! :( Overall, We really lucked out with this choice and we'd recommend it to anyone visiting Branson!
