This was the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. It is a great stay that contains a nice lobby and clean & comfortable rooms. Both times, I haven't been able to explore any of the hotel amenities, but I have traveled on both trips from this hotel to downtown Boston. It's not close to downtown, but it's also not that far away. It's around a 25-minute Uber ride from the hotel. The room was very modern & clean and seemed recently renovated. There are restaurants around the hotel, and even one th... Read more

Very nice beds, parking is an extra charge, the service is nice. Seems to be a bit more on the business day side. The view over the lake was amazing. Comforter was dirty but over all decent for what it was.

We got to our hotel a little earlier than the check in time. At the front desk, Ron, accommodated us immediately! His friendliness and consideration was nice change coming from New York. He made our experience here A+ and we will definitely be coming back in the near future! Thanks again for everything we definitely enjoyed our stay! ??

The hotel is very nice and provides a good services. The price is a little too high but average for the area. For business purpose is excellent. It has a great view and the rooms are big with very comfortable beds.

It was very busy this weekend but check in was smooth etc... The staff is friendly. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the stay. The one big issue was lack of adequate elevators. They have three but one was out of service and a second was acting strange so many would not take it again as it stopped between floors, appeared stuck at times and was not dependable. I notified the desk but looking a few minutes later I saw people still using it so I guess they were not conc... Read more

Spacious hotel with all the comforts one expects of a big business chain. Breakfast is pricey but there are often deals. This Westin has a great bar/lounge with phenomenal views of the Mass. Countryside through floor to atrium roof windows. Staff seem willing to go the extra mile. A number of better value dining options within walking distance too.

Clean, welcoming classic business travel hotel. No complaints. Food is good but predictable. As a lone female traveller I??d feel comfortable in the bar area on my own. Shuttle bus available. Drinks predictably pricey.

The hotel was nicely decorated and the room was Very clean. We will go back to this hotel if we visit Boston again. The beds are comfortable except we couldn??t find the controller for the TV. Needless to say, we had an early night but it??s good because we??re leaving early the next day. We had a good rest. Thank you Westin - Waltham!

My company holds its quarterly all-employee town hall meetings in this venue. The ball room was spacious and well laid out for the presentations. The catered breakfast and lunch were pretty good. There was a snafu: in the middle of the session there was a false fire alarm. Happily they did not make us evacuate, inasmuch as there was no fire. But, it took a long time for them to turn off the beeping blaring fire alarm with flashing strobe lights.

Staff is outstanding! Really felt like my patronage mattered from check in to check out. Great hotel bar - but Moody Street and it's local flavor is only a five minute Uber drive away. I will definitely come back on my next trip to waltham
