My company holds its quarterly all-employee town hall meetings in this venue. The ball room was spacious and well laid out for the presentations. The catered breakfast and lunch were pretty good. There was a snafu: in the middle of the session there was a false fire alarm. Happily they did not make us evacuate, inasmuch as there was no fire. But, it took a long time for them to turn off the beeping blaring fire alarm with flashing strobe lights.

Staff is outstanding! Really felt like my patronage mattered from check in to check out. Great hotel bar - but Moody Street and it's local flavor is only a five minute Uber drive away. I will definitely come back on my next trip to waltham

I have stayed at this hotel at least six times and every stay is always exceptional. The property is always clean, the beds are super comfortable, the staff is extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommended

This is probably the nicest hotel in the Waltham area. The beds are a cut above, with firm pillow top mattresses. The cons are no free parking and no free breakfast, a definite consideration when traveling with families. The pool has floor to ceiling windows which provides an open, attractive setting. The lobby restaurant has pretty good pub fare.

I love this hotel! Growing up in Waltham, I always admired the majestic blue building overlooking a part of my city. I've treated myself to a handful of solo nights away from my chaotic life and it is always money well spent. Tucked away perfectly off 128, one can pretend they're in the middle of nowhere. The recent renovations are very nice! The food is delicious, albeit a little pricey but that's to be expected at a 4 star hotel. The staff is always friendly and professional. But the be... Read more

Hotel is more for business. They don't have a restaurant just a Bistro Burger, and very expensive. Break first is about 25 dollars. The room are outdated but the bed are comfortable. They are couple of restaurants outside of the hotels but its in a middle of nowhere. Only offices and Hotels there, not even a shop, nothing at all. Be prepared !

I just stayed 2 nights , first night with my son in a room with 2 beds. The shower was great ( with a bathtub) room 314. My wife came up to meet us and I stayed with her in room 315 and there was a shower with the worst water pressure ever. Very strange. Breakfast was good although one day service was slow. There are a few restaurants in walking distance but I didn't love the location otherwise because highway cuts off the flow. Overall, it was clean and beds were great. Hung out in the bar one ... if I could give this property a zero I would. I had four rooms reserved at this hotel and arrived last night to a true "Seinfeld" moment. While the "manager" confirmed that he had the reservations, he informed us that he did not have the rooms. He did not apologize, and he acted like we were nuts for being disturbed by this. He then told us that he was the "only person" that could help us and that there were no other managers. If that's true, I don't expect this Westin location to stay in b... Read more
