After my flight was delayed nearly 4 hours and my Uber driver left me standing in the pouring rain for 20 minutes, I was in a pretty bad mood when I arrived at the Hilton Boston Downtown/Faneuil Hall. On the other hand, I was ever so grateful to have an easy check-in and a dry, comfortable room. This was my first time in Boston. The Hilton/Faneuil Hall is a location. John, the concierge was awesome. Provided me with great information on the phone before my trip and at arrival was very helpful too. Doormen where very polite and always asking if we needed directions. Room service on point and cleaning crew very friendly. Overall had a great experience.

Shout out to Alicia who was so kind and helpful! She made sure that we had a great room and was super responsive! It is so nice when a manager is on top of things, and all of the front desk staff were great! They had an adorable pumpkin contest where each department had done very creative pumpkin displays... still wondering who won! I stayed at this Hilton recently which was quite nearby my conference. I thought the price/value equation was reasonable for a mid-week stay. I was fortunate to get an upgraded suite room which was super spacious. The bedroom area also was quite nice and was very clean. The room came with a robe to use as well as nice bathroom amenities. A wonderful place to stay! The staff was excellent and very helpful! Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Most things were within walking distance. We felt safe walking to and from our hotel. There's a Dunkin Donuts right next door.

I can see how someone else might have a good experience at this hotel, but we did not. Our heat broke on a day that made history for cold in Boston, it couldn't be fixed that night because they don't have engineers 24/7. We lost sleep that night, and wasted time in the morning while they fixed it Sunday morning - it was too cold to shower otherwise. No apology from front desk when we checked out. Excellent restaurant with optimal downtown location. Restaurant staff always at hand to provide service. Hotel location allows for easy walking to the downtown area. Two entrances provides convenient access.

My wife and I checked in very late on a Friday night, the front desk attendant was very rude, and short with us.. not sure if we interrupted her break or something.. but she was rude enough that we probably would not return to this location. We stay at Hiltonā??s almost exclusively as gold members, but this was a first. The rooms are nice and clean

Spent two nights here. Were promptly greeted by the friendly doorman and helped with our luggage. Quick and friendly checking. Quiet and comfortable room on the 10th floor. So many restaurants and bars within a short walk. A great place to stay especially if you want to visit Fanuiel hall or walk the freedom trail. They are both quiet close. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was great too! No Starbucks in the hotel but one about a block away.
