It was a great hotel with great customer service, everyone so nice and making sure everything was ok. Great Restaurant next door with some amazing food. Great location in between everything we wanted to do.

Great location. In walking distance to so many attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I would definitely stay again. I felt like I had an old friend at the front desk in Sabine. She was helpful, and very welcoming when returning to the hotel after a day of adventure.

The staff at reception at the Club Quarters hotel was exceptionally friendly. All the staff was extremely helpful. It was cozy and pleasant to be in the room after a long day shopping, everything so clean and comfortable. We will definately stay at the Club Quarters Hotel next time we are in BOSTON. Stayed for one night on business. Very satisfactory room and downtown location is great in the vicinity of plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes. Would recommend this property and will return on my next trip!

Hotel desk help was very helpful! Had a stressful drive in, couldn't find the parking lot so went in to ask for help and they kindly took care of my car and parked it for me and it was a great transition to a stressful trip there. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location to the wharf and Quincy market area. Literally a 10min walk to both. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area as well. Will definitely stay again!

When I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk, Sal, was very friendly and helpful. He gave me suggestions for local attractions and restaurants in the area. He went out of his way to make sure that my expectations were met and that I had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel for the amazing customer service that the staff provides!

My husband and I stayed in the overly priced, cheaply appointed hotel for our anniversary. It was awful. I received an automated email from the manager after our stay asking that I alert him to any issues we had before posting a review. (No one at the hotel EVER asked how our room was.) Great location. That's about the only good thing promising I can say. Here's an example of a company cutting costs at the expense of their customers. You must check in at the kiosk which doesn't work although there is a person there to help you. They don't allow you to check out without your key and using the same kiosk. Very good brekfast at the hotels restaurant,very good quality and service. The room (small queen) was not small it whas very comfortable with big bathroom super bed. The location culd not be better, 10 min walk from Boston Bus Station 3 min from underground 3 blocks fron quincy market.
