My wife and I visited the hotel for 2 nights to attend Cowboys/Redskins game. The service was very helpful, and for that got 3 stars. Overall the stay was tolerable. The only complaint was the condition of the room. Whenever I stay out of town I inspect everything, most importantly the beds. We had to request new sheets for bed upon arrival. Stains are unacceptable. Guest services did what they could to make us happy. Hotel could definitely improve in areas lacking attention.

I stayed here for two nights with my boyfriend when we were visiting the DC area for a Washington Redskins game. The lobby and restaurant/breakfast area were very nice. They have their own lot and we had no issues with parking. The hotel is close to the New Carrollton train station so we were able to easily take the train when we went into DC. I booked through a third party but when I needed to cancel the hotel dealt very fairly with me. I had a non-refundable booking, which I was not aware of, and the hotel accommodated my request, which I greatly appreciated. Good people.

the service i experienced is to die for. these hard working, always busy employees always take their time to care for the people who stay here. very quiet, non disturbing and everyone is kind. the rooms are spacious as well as the bed, the bathrooms are spotless not one speck of dirt. the location is very convenient when it comes to visiting DC.

We arrived there as part of a tourism group, the rooms were large but very old and gross I went with shoes in the room because I felt that the carpet was very dirty and dusty. The shower was not very clean, but the sheets and towels were all right. The breakfast was fine but without variety like in motels they said their would be waffles but did not bring them. First I would like to say that I choose this hotel based on a recommendation from a client, for an overnight stay. For the amount of money the Metro Points Hotel charge you should be ashamed of yourself. Upon checking in I was giving a room that smelled horrible and the shades were cut up with a blade room 607. I stayed at this hotel with my sisters for the women march in Washington, D.C. I would definitely stay at this hotel again because of the location. Also the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. When I checked in, Wanda at the front desk was very nice and professional. We have stayed here only for one night, on our way to Washington DC with a tour company. Very clean, friendly and nice hotel. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was ok but not so much variety. Friendly staff.

There was plenty of available parking when we arrived, walking up to the front desk we were greeted by both people at the front desk were very professional and friendly. We decided to have a drink at the bar before dining in their restaurant. Since it was a slow night, the young woman at the bar also was acting as the server in the restaurant and she was a gem.
