Great location opposite the harbor. Large spacious rooms. To a person all the staff was supportive and friendly. Wonderful weekend breakfast buffet. I could go on and on. One suggestion as for a room close to the elevator as our was a long ways away. Look forward to staying there again. Special kudos to Marcus and Kristin (sp).

Came here on business ,really like the location with its accessibility to everything from fine dinning to sandwich shops shopping and bars alike ,rooms could use s little attention and a coffee maker would have been nice .breakfast buffet is ok and reasonably priced for what you get .staff very friendly and attentive .overall a very nice stay

As noted, the location is great as was the staff. The only thing holding back a 5 star rating is the room is a little worn and the bathroom needs some new life. The club floor club room was a very well appointed and enjoyable.

Great place to be near Baltimore City activities; the Inner Harbor, Convention Center, Camden Yards, M&T Stadium, Royal Farms Arena, Science Center, National Aquarium, and Little Italy just to mention a few of the local sites. Pricing was good for the location and being that close to the site's, walking distance to everything. Rooms had good view of the city and harbor, plenty of places to eat close by, would stay there again. Service was top shelf.

Went here for a 3 day conference. The staff was amazing. The hotel was a bit dated but overall suited the need. Appreciate the front door staff they were on point and ready to help. Overall a good stay.

Great lounge from Marriott members / great location / great gym for $170 + tax. The lounge also offers plenty of healthy food!! Unheard of and thank you! The lobby has been renovated and is a lot of fun. The conference facilities are great for large groups too. The pool is too small for actual swimming but nice for kids.

My room was great - very clean with a comfy bed. The remote didn't work great, or the TV guide. They may need to upgrade but it was okay. I needed to ask for water at checkin. I verified my rewards - they didn't mention. Large RB which I liked. I loved the partial waterfront view. The heat didn't seem to be regulated quite right, but I could manage to be cool and warm. The fifth floor bar was like "no man's land." Odd placement. Our conference had microphone from the neighboring conferen... Read more

We had a modern standard room with 2 queen beds and it was quite satisfactory, liked the tea/coffee service, the safe-in-a-drawer, and the full bath. Good wifi was free as a Marriott member and you could also use the free computers in the lobby. Great location across the street from the inner harbor and there was a stop for the free bus to the Art Museum close-by. Also walking distance to the airport train stop. Had the buffet breakfast one morning, it was good - could get eggs cooked to order... Read more

This is clearly a conference hotel, but it really needs to up its game. First of all, how do you try to operate a major hotel with only 4 elevators to the guest rooms, especially when one seemed to be down the entire weekend. Its never good when the toilet paper is crunchy! The staff was friendly and helpful but it doesn't make up for "budget hotel" amenities. Last night a group of us went to the bar and there was no server. You had to go up t the bartender to order and get your drinks! Really! ... Read more

The room was spacious and comfortable so enjoyed visit. Plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. Only one problem that led to 4 stars instead of 5: the towels were extraordinarily rough and scratchy. Please change towels to softer ones!!
