We were competing at the Baltimore Convention Center, so the location was ideal. Check-in was very smooth, and even had a room ready for us much earlier than check in time, however that is where the good things end. Our room was very small and dark, bathroom light constantly flickered, and the refrigerator made a LOUD rattling/humming noise that was going off and on throughout the night and disturbed our sleep. Apparently our toilet was leaking into the hotel room below us, so they had to com... Read more

The staff was very friendly but they ran out of towers and blankets when we arrived and we didn't have enough towels for the four of us. They had no extra blankets and it was chilly. Beds a bit uncomfortable and rooms smaller then we thought especially for four people. On the positive side, it was across the street from the convention center so it was conveniently located for our needs. Internet didn't work either.

The hotel was an average hotel. The one good thing was it was kept clean. The water in the bathroom came out brown and we would have to let it run before the shower. Gross. I called several times for extra pillows and never got them. One of the ladies at the front desk said she thought they didn't have any. How can that be. I would only stay there if there were no other hotels available.

The hotel was close to the harbor so it was convenient. Trying to fit a family of four in 2 double beds was a mistake. Hotels in general need to offer 2 queens at the least in my opinion. The bathrooms here are tiny and leave a lot to be desired. The staff was great and the security was friendly and a great touch. We did use he attached parking garage and at some point a homeless person crapped on the ground in front of our vehicle. This will be a trip that we won't forget. Security took care of... Read more

This hotel has some of the most pleasant and helpful guest service personnel I have met in my travels. My adult child was a patient of the University of Maryland Medical Center, and I had to quickly arrange for lodging that could provide a clean, comfortable and convenient room. This hotel was recommended by the Medical Center and I was more than pleased. A free shuttle was provided for transportation between the locations, and i was impressed by the pleasant attitudes of ALL the drivers I enc... Read more

The staff was very friendly & helpful. Since I was attending an event at the convention center, the location was perfect, including restaurants, etc. Good value at the convention rates. An even better discount was offered when staff learned that my flight home had been delayed three times and I potentially had to stay an additional night.

The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The not so small fridge was a nice surprise. Everyone was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.

We stayed at the Days Inn / Baltimore for the Lacrosse Convention. Outstanding service, extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, food was good. One of the best stays I've had in Baltimore and we have been going to this event for 10 years.
