Beautiful hotel and casino........ A little out of the way from Interstate 10, but worth the trip. Very attractive décor. Hi-tech rooms with TV in bathroom mirror. Well equipped casino. A jewel in the bayou wilderness.

Nice place for a one night get away with my hubby. Accommodations were superb. Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet was mediocre but Stadium Café was excellent. Will definitely be back. Slots were good to us so that made the quick trip even more enjoyable. Even though smoking is slowed I never smelled smoke except the one time I happened to walk by a person that was smoking. This was s huge plus for me because I despise Smokey environments.

This is our fourth or fifth time to stay at L'auberge Baton Rouge for a conference. The property itself is nice enough and the layout works well for meetings. The catering was good and the guest rooms are good. The river view is nice. But, the staff is young, inexperienced and not trained to interact with professionals and business travelers. There was a shortage of valet and bell service staff. The staff has been instructed in various rules they must follow and lack customer service skills. N... Read more

The Lâ??Auberge Casino & Hotel is simple elegance. The staff showed true southern hospitality. The players club is a win in itself. The food and ambiance made this trip the perfect place for a couples getaway.

Great hotel room. Nice and roomy. Large bathroom with lighted make up mirror, hair dryer, marble countertops and TV in mirror. Comfortable bed, coffee maker, complimentary water. No fridge or microwave and this room didn't have a side chair. Desk did have a task chair. There was a padded bench though.

The room was nice, except for the fact that it was a none smoking room, but smelled as if it was a smoking room. And, I was sneezing a lot while in the room. The decor was nice and most of the staff was very friendly.

The best experience at this hotel was my valet Craig. He was very efficient, polite and knows how to hustle. Once I actually went into my room, my experience changed dramatically. The room was not cleaned and the manager was not concerned with the last guest's filth. I would go back to the restaurant and valet but never for a room.

No complaints. The standard room is very comfortable. A nice feature in the bathroom is the hidden TV in the mirror. Large showers. Comfortable bed. The casino is decorated very elegantly. It's grand and has a similar feeling of a lodge. The slot machines were a little tight on my visit. I would recommend this hotel/casino as a destination when visiting Baton Rouge.

I decided to go to the buffet for New Year's day for some blackyed peas and cabbage. They charged me $30 because it was a "Holiday" buffet. The extra food they served for the holiday consisted of peas and cabbage. For that I paid $65 for 2 people. No crab legs or steak or anything. Very disappointing and very over priced. Next time I will just drive the extra 30 minutes and go to Gulfport.

I usually stay at this hotel when visiting Baton Rouge. Unfortunately on this trip my family and I had adjoining rooms and one was infested with lady bugs!!! Upon check in I killed one lady bug and thought nothing of it. After returning to the room a few hours later I realized there were over 10 crawling all over the ceiling. We had to move rooms with a small child at 11:00pm management came to the room took pictures and apologized but that doesn't not make up for the inconvenience of having to ... Read more
