We loved this property! Great rooms with large spacious areas, loved the on site bar. Great service and friendly staff. Convenient to downtown and yet convenient to other local areas also. We will definitely book this hotel again!

Breakfast is a continental. No refrigerator in room but just ask for one they were very nice and brought one within 5 minutes. Pool is nice sized hot tub sauna and locker rooms with showers. There are only 2 floors so if you have a lot of luggage there is only 1 elevator across from front desk. Very pleasant staff.

Very quick check-in, older hotel but clean and under remodeling. Rooms were big, clean and up to date. Lots of TV channels. Indoor pool & hot tub was very nice with full size pool for the summer. Has continental breakfast but, did not utilize. Very close to shopping and many restaurants to choose from. I would recommend to all and I would stay again.

We have girls getaway a few times a year and we love it here. The pools are awesome the rooms are clean. Never have had any trouble. Only bad thing is my friend has to have a refrigerator for her medicine and they charge 15.00 a night for a mini fridge. I think they would benefit if they included a microwave and mini fridge in each room, we just elsewhere last week due to this issue.

I travel to Louisville weekly for my business. I usually stay down town but this time chose to venture out a little. I came across this hidden treasure right off of 264 and decided to give it a try, I am very glad I did. The rate is very reasonable and I just couldn't pass it up. The hotel is an older hotel but they are currently undergoing renovations, which you notice immediately upon entering the Inn. The continental breakfast room is absolutely beautiful and very spacious with lots of optio... Read more

We were unfortunate enough to stay in room 145 directly across from the vending machines that guests felt the need to bang on on to get to operate. The beds are tiny and the walls are paper thin. They also let teenagers run around the halls banging on doors, threatening other guests, at 3am, say they will "handle it" instead of locating their room waking up their parents to tell them to control their kids or they will have to leave, the hotel just let's it continue to happen. Hardly the employ... Read more

Not a bad place overall, but in need of some updates. The bed was comfortable enough, but there was a disturbing white-ish stain on the coverlet at the foot of the bed. Bathrooms are old, but had good shower pressure which is sometimes hard to find in a hotel. No convenient electrical outlets. I had to run my laptop charger cord halfway across the room and move the nightstand to plug in my phone. No available outlet at the desk. Really need an updated to add little power blocks to desk/nig... Read more

My fiancé and I went here for a small getaway. I choose this place based on the description and pictures, which are incredibly deceiving. DO NOT STAY HERE. The beds are terrible. They are hard and old. Very uncomfortable. We were here for 4 days and 4 nights(Wednesday thru Sunday) We only received maid service 1 day (Saturday) and we had to ask. The breakfast was horrible. The hard boiled eggs looked like they were old and tasted the same. They had biscuits and gravy but the biscuits were... Read more

We stayed Nov 2016. The hot tub is closed and we were told the State Health department shut it down. Entrance B was supposed to be locked at all times (using a hotel key to enter) and multiple times we found the doors unlocked

A walk through the hallways is a walk through the 1970's. Brown carpet, beige walls, odd layout and an honest to God lounge singer in the night club. While not fashionable it was clean, conveniently located, & very affordable. Would stay again.
