Excellent location, nice hotel. The reason I put 4 star is for parking. Only valet parking $65 per night.

This hotel was very clean, wonderfully decorated, modern, had a great business center, had free wifi, and had a fantastic breakfast. Was in a great location as well. The staff were also very helpful and professional. I had an amazing view of the city and the river.

The room was very spacious and clean with a cool view and the price was very affordable! The only thing that prevented this from getting a 5 was that the TVs in the fitness center did not work.

Great location and good value for Riverfront Chicago. The staff were very helpful with public transportation information and recommendations for restaurants. The room was very spacious with a sitting area. Comfortable bed with nice linens. There was noise from the hallway and loud but it was also the night the CUBS won the division title and there was a lot or partying.

From the front desk to the valet parking, the service was excellent! The room was very comfortable. The sheets were the softest I think I have ever slept on!

We booked a river view room and I thought we were being upgraded when we were offered a room on the top floor of the hotel. Unfortunately our room was in the middle of the guest elevators and also the staff elevators. It was the loudest room I have ever stayed in. I learn new things each time that we travel, I now know to make sure I am the furthest away from the elevators! Also we had requested a microwave and it was never delivered to our room. Overall it was a very disappointing stay.
