Luxury hotel a little off the normal path but incredible views and newly remodeled. Near many restaurants and close enough to the beach to walk. Caters to the Japanese tourists and golfers. All rooms face the ocean and are fairly spacious for a standard room.

The Hawaii Prince Waikiki is a hidden gem. It is probably the quietest place to stay along this neck of Waikiki, close enough to the action, but away enough to relax. The front of the hotel is actually along the harbor side, not the busy street side. Yet just walk outside to fabulous local restaurants and beaches. This is a great area to explore. It is also just a stone's throw from the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Walk or take the hotel's complimentary shuttle to Ala Moana, Waikiki, and mor... Read more

I have stayed here three years in a row on business/conference visit to Honolulu. This is very conveniently located, to the Ala Moana Shopping center, the Waikiki strip and the marina of corse. All the rooms have a view of the marina. The suites probably have the best view. The restaurants at the hotels are excellent. A very good spread of Japanese selection for breakfast These days they are re-modeling, so it could be a bit noisy in the lobby, but we plan to book here again next year.

I went here for a conference that was held close by to the convention centre. The Hawaii Prince Hotel is in a nice convenient location within 10 minute walking distance. The Hotel is also close to Ala Moana shopping centre as well as close to the main Waikiki area for shops as well The hotel was renovating the pool at the time so unfortunately no pool time was available and the hotel is on marina front property so there really is no towel cards or beach to sit on Either way though it's still ... What a fantastic experience From the moment you step in the front door you are greeted friendly and professionally by every staff member. Service beyond comparison The hotel is spotless The view from the rooms incredible (we were on floor 26) The location is perfect, walk to the beach or the mall in minutes. There is no question we will be looking for Prince Hotels wherever we travel to from now on and will certainly be back to this location. A+ all the way !

There is so much to do in Honolulu and Waikiki. For the first time in our many trips to Honolulu, we were able to enjoy the many incredible sites and experiences, and get an incredible nights sleep - every single night. The quietest, most peaceful accommodations - ever. Rooms are brand new, and the renovation of their public spaces looks to nearly be done. Property is a wonderful style of luxury, where it is not so opulent where you feel uncomfortable, but shows functional luxury at every tu... Read more

My husband and I travel to Honolulu for his work around four or five times a year and this hotel is our little home away from home. We were there in early January 2017 for a very quick visit for the first time in about 8 months and were pleasantly surprised. They have been doing upgrades and modifications to the whole hotel and it looks fabulous. Our room was one of the ‚??new‚?? rooms and you could not want for more. It had a very modern feel but still with the ‚??old fashioned‚?? service that ... Read more

Very nice hotel. From the bellmen/doormen to the front desk check in, staff very hospitable. Room absolutely wonderful. Two queen size beds, huge bathroom and they even delivered chocolates and newspaper plus a bag of ice. We had a wonderful time, even enjoyed the Sunday brunch with a local discount. Delicious food, good customer service also.

My family and I spent the first week of our holiday at a condo, and coming to stay at the Hawaii Prince for the end of our trip was heavenly. The elevators were so fast, and my kids and I loved the voice announcing the floors, we imitated it every time we rode it and it made us giggle every single time. The construction did not adversely affect us at all. One morning we did sleep in, we were still awake before the noise started. The pool being closed was sad, but as my young son said, "pool wate... This hotel is very nice - a Japanese chain hotel which has no affiliations to other larger hotel/resort programs like SPG or Marriott Rewards or any other loyalty programs. Staff are very helpful, polite and willing to assist in any way.
