Very nice hotel. Rooms were big and clean. We were supposed to be getting in very late and the hotel helped us out by checking us in before midnight, so we didn't interfere with their audit and have to wait. Free breakfasts was fine, nothing special. Location was out of downtown, you would definitely need a car or uber to get around.

we have lodging in many Springhill Suite by Marriott during this tour. Also this one is good but first impression is that this is a little bit under their standard. Staff is very nice and ready to help, rooms are a little smaller then the previous we have been but clean and breakfast is good.

What a pleasant surprise. I checked in with Steven. Such a nice young man. He was very helpful and always wearing a smile. Great lobby, room and the breakfast was quiet extensive. This was a perfect stay!

We stayed here while visiting Savannah for New Year's Eve and really enjoyed it! The staff was awesome, the hotel was very conveniently located for everything we wanted to do. The rooms were very nice and fresh and the wifi and breakfast were great!

When I decided to travel to Savannah, I heard it was the most haunted city in America. So, as a result, I expected every place I went to be haunted. That gas station right outside the city? There was a ghost in the bathroom. Well, someone died there. The McDonald's on the corner? Filled with ghosts. They all were pretending to be employees, but I know zombies when I see them. Well we came to stay at this hotel for our anniversary and looked at photos online to see there was a hot tub. We were so excited, but then when we got here, we realized they just renovated and there was no longer a hot tub and the pictures have not yet been update. From the super-friendly staff to the wonderful room, I had an all-around great stay at the SpringHill Suites Midtown. The bed is quite possibly the most comfortable one I have ever slept in. The room was super comfortable, with a small kitchenette, separate work area, spacious seating and a large bathroom. I frequently travel alone and felt very comfortable here. We recently stayed at this Hotel after Hurricane Matthew. We arrived at the Hotel to find out that the hotel was closed due to emergency evacuation . This would have been ok if we would have been informed that earlier that the hotel evacuation. The staff was very accommodating due to the unforeseen circumstances. The staff was rude. They were badmouthing a customer in front of me while I was standing at the front desk. The room was moist. The carpet was damp. The bar was nice. Except there was an advertised "happy hour" and I was still charged full price.

Stayed at this hotel on 9/30/16. Hotel had just completed renovations, looked very nice, we stated on the second floor. The shower head leaked water, spraying water into the room and on the dry towels. The tub would begin to fill with water up to about six inches before your shower was done. We dealt with these issues because of the late hour they were discovered, leftva note for house keeping. Unacceptable was the children running in the hall on the third floor for a few hours.
