Great hotel.
Room was very clean and comfortable.
Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Breakfast was great.
Internet was decent.
Location was near highway so great.
Quiet and comfortable.

Stayed Thursday evening on a stopover on our way to Columbia, SC. Clean rooms, great front desk staff. Staff very pleasant and provided great customer service. Complementary breakfast. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel convenient to Covington a suburb of Atlanta which makes side trips to Atlantas attractions easy and accessible. I would recommend this Hampton over other properties I have stayed in while visiting the Atlanta area.

Pillows too soft and small. Wash cloths too small. Shower not that good. Warm milk with my cereal. Breakfast was not that good. Needed better cereal and with additives. Lighting could have been better in the bathroom. Good location. Easy to get to.

My expectations are generally low as a business traveler and the first thing that throws me off is the Hotel free internet. I think by now they should realize the most business travelers need a uninterrupted service to be able to work from the hotel without issues. This property advertises a free hi-speed WIFI. I wouldn't complain much if the paid premium wifi at least worked enough to connect to my day to day activities. The paid premium internet is no good.

The breakfast area is the worst I have ever seen in any Hampton. Usually the morning hot breakfast section is labelled well (turkey vs Pork) for sausage and has at a minimum of 3 choices. They let me down once again in the breakfast.
All room doors have to be fixed so that they don't slam (this includes the staircase doors).
Shower nozzle pressure was too low for someone to get annoyed enough along with the other problems I stated above.
I feel this property needs a revamp to please Hilton loyalty customers

This is an excellent hotel. Our large family traveled to Covington, GA for a family death. It was a very difficult time for us and the staff did an amazing job making us comfortable and at home. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. We were allowed to use the public gathering place and everyone was very kind to us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. This hotel did not disappoint! I found the breakfast bar had a nice variety of fruit, cereal, pastry, and hot items.

The Hampton is a very nice budget hotel. Very clean and the staff at this particular hotel stays on top of things and seem very excited to help with whatever request you have. The hotel is conveniently located off Interstate 20 which as easy to access taking you in the east or west direction.

Our stay here was wonderful. For the 3 days we were there, we felt like we were in a home away from home. The staff treated us like family and welcomed us in every time we returned from outings. They were kind and helpful in every interaction.

This hotel had issues from the start. The bathroom, well the bathtub was filthy! The toilet had an obvious old urine stain on it! UNACCEPTABLE TO ME! I will NOT STAY HERE AGAIN! Staff were nice and helpful. The printer was in bad shape and printed black pages. I let the staff know and after a week of telling them, it still was not fixed!
