Overall nice stay. Clean, friendly staff. Would have given property 5 but the sink is in the bedroom area. Room has everything you need fridge and microwave. Great value. Resturant has nice environment and breakfast. Very close to the highway.

Desk staff, restaurant personnel and engineer Doug Robinson did an excellent job, as usual during recent stay at hotel. The staff is woefully understaffed due to the demands for better comfort of guests and reasonable work environment for staff--especially desk staff and maintenance/custodial divisions. I have visited several times and applaud the staff for making such extraordinary efforts to make sure guests are treated with respect and honor. HELP NEEDED!!!

This hotel was near and event we were attending. It's only about 20 minutes from Stone Mountain, and close to shopping and restaurants. There were two clerks at the front desk when we arrived. One seemed to have been working on something and didn't even acknowledge us. The other clerk was checking in another guest, but after a few minutes of us standing there, she did acknowledge us and apologized for the delay. General overall performance by staff, house keeping, breakfast people. Communicated a poor attitude. While on a bus tour 47 of us were slated to spend the night here. When we arrived none but a few of the rooms had been serviced. I stayed here in June for a meeting nearby. My credit card was charged twice. I have spent hours on the phone and my credit card company trying to get one of the charges reversed. Despite seeing the double charge on my statement, they refuse to reverse it stating that their records don't show the stay. I understand mistakes can be made but it shouldn't take months to correct. Not impressed! My husband and l made reservations through priceline several days before the hurricane. We were to arrive on a Friday and planned on staying for four days. On Friday, after sitting in traffic , l called the hotel and told them we would be arriving very late and please save our room. I was assured we would still have our room reservation. During Hurricane Irma we were forced to evacuate South Florida and head north. We booked two nights here and received confirmation through Orbitz that we would have our room. Upon arriving in Atlanta over a day later we were told that they were overbooked due to Irma and we could not be accommodated. There were several softball teams staying at this hotel during our stay. Several of the families from our team left due to multiple issues: Moldy bathroom, dirty room, car broken into (of no fault to the hotel on this one), rude customer service at the front desk, and lack of housekeeping services. A reasonably good hotel, not great though. Our room was clean, hotel's pool was reasonable as well, however, excessively used chlorine plus bad smell on occasion. The staff is friendly. Complimentary coffee in the lobby is left there since the morning until it gets cold. Free parking is great. Wi-Fi internet was totally unusable, incredibly slow and constant disconnects.

Our stay was actually good for our first time at a Holiday Inn. The room was clean,beds were comfortable & breakfast was really good.The only two things I didn't like was that at check in I wasn't told about their $20 a night incidentals charge.I looked at my bank account & thought I was being overcharged.The other issue we had was that on the last day we were to check out we were walked in on by housekeeping who didn't knock before trying to enter our room.
