We stayed here in January and originally booked for one night but loved it so much we booked another night. Our room was large clean and had everything we could of needed. It was lovely just sitting on our balcony enjoying the view as the hotel is right on the beach. The reception staff we saw were extremely nice and helpful we had a lovely chat with the gentleman on reception on our second day. Coffee is available in reception 24/7 which is always a bonus as well as a free continental breakfast... Read more

We have stayed at Beachbreak just about every month from April to September for the past two summers. It has an awesome location. Great price. The grounds cleaning crew are very diligent and always out at 7 am. Steps from the beach and the pool is cleaned every day. However balconies are very hard to enjoy the old heating systems leak water everywhere and blow hot air on you constently. Be warned there is no elevator however it's not bad with only 4 floors. The staff has always been very accommo... Read more

When I booked the hotel, I requested the floor with the least stairs as I was supposed to be recovering from a major surgery and would be unable to climb stairs and get my luggage in. Luckily, my surgery was delayed. They put me on the floor with the most possible stairs there. Had I had my surgery, there would have been NO way I could have made it. As for the hotel itself, the rooms were clean and the location was great. The view was nice, and the hotel was within walking distance to Pier Par... Read more

Went on Friday, Dec 16 and was put in room 312, so as we get our bags in and everything and relax awhile, we saw a roach in the kitchen part in the back. So we killed that one. So as we laid down, we saw 2 more on the wall above the bed. So we called the front desk and the lady was nice. She put us in room 210, so we put all of our stuff in the room. Which was more spacious to me. So I say around 11:00 that night. I was about to take a bath and I saw a roach in there, going in an opening by the ... Read more

Was a clean and tidy for what we paid, although the beds are only a double and very difficult to share between two people (of normal size). Was a very uncomfortable sleep, and the blinds did not shut out any of the light in the morning. Breakfast was held next door and was not appealing at all ... oats, cereal, coffee, juice and bagels on offer. We were not greeted by the staff when we arrived nor told where breakfast was being held. Customer service is really lacking at this place, although... Read more

Stayed November 24 thru 26, 2016. Is it older and in need of renovation? Yes. Other then that, it was a clean, functional room right on the beach. Balcony view is awesome. Didn't use the pool but lots of other people seemed to enjoy it. Same with the hot tub. Would we stay here again? Probably, but we would look for an upgrade first.

Over all a good stay. This might not sound like a good visit but it was. The shower was terrible, you had to squat to take a shower. I am only 5 foot 8 inches and had to lean down to wash my head and face. The room was a king, kitchenette and it was a small room. The room was very clean and the people at the front desk were very nice. Heads up if you want a quite area don't stay by the pool. Very loud around the pool area.

This hotel is an older one without an elevator so we were lucky enough to be on the 2nd floor. It's really in a great location. Much to do within walking distance. Our rooms were clean, and we could get internet where some others had problems. The staff at the front desk while we were there, were quiet, not quick to smile. The beds were older but our beds were comfortable. This is a no frills place with down to earth people. We met so many nice people that said they have come back every yea... Read more

Not worth the money spent, No elevator, nasty stained carpet, was promised a nice room, and still ended up with dated, old, raggedy, furniture. Not safe, the rooms situated near the stairwells, could be easily accessed by anyone (could have climbed over the rail, so we couldn't even sleep with the balcony door open to listen to the ocean, It just ruined my vacation. Not enough electrical outlets, had to make coffee in the bathroom. The pictures didn't match the real description of the rooms. We ... Read more

Booked a one night spur of the moment stay. Very tired older hotel. Typical of many cheap beach motels. Though the room was clean enough it still had issues. It is right on the beach which is great, but there is no way I could "vacation " here for a week or more. One night was my max. I used the restroom in a corridor and it was absolutely horrendous. First it reminded me of one I had used in the field in the army, two open toilets and one sink. Filthy is all I can say. Looked as though someone ... Read more
