It is a very nice property, awesome staff, and close to slopes but definitely NOT ski in ski out. It is at least a 500 yard trek to the slopes. Staying in downtown Winter Park is considerable cheaper and shorter walk to the free ski buses for a short 5 minute ride. The internet has been non-exsistant for most of our 5 days stay. The front desk acknowledges the issue but stated that when the property is nearly full the signal is too weak. There is a mandatory ridiculous $16 per 24 hour parking f... Read more

I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable customer service our group received. The location is excellent, with everything at your fingertips. The best part of all by far was the outstanding customer service received from the time we stepped foot onto the resort until the time we departed.

Decided to go a bit further afield for skiing and used Ski Safari and have a 2 centre holiday in Colorado. Our first week in Winter Park staying at Fraser Crossing. This is less than a 2 minute walk from the slopes, a few bars, Starbucks, ski/ board hire, a convenience store. So a very quiet location! It has its own shuttle service to Winter Park old town ( a bigger variety of eateries, liquor stores, Safeway) although the local ski shuttle "lift" is just outside and is free. An app tells you w... We stayed in the Fraser Crossing Building in unit 3307, it was beautiful and was very close to the lift and village, but just far enough away to be secluded and private. We LOVED walking just steps from our porch to the hot tub after a long day of skiing. We booked through Winter Park Lodging Company. I loved the iPhone app the lodging company provided as it allowed me to access everything I needed in one spot, from condo access to parking to FAQ‚??s, it was all there! No need to check-in, we ... Good lodging option at the base of/right across the street from the WP ski area. various 'levels' of decor in the lodging units; well-maintained building with elevators. flatscreen TV, cable, gas fireplace, big bathroom, views of mountains. convenient services, restaurants & retail nearby. Attentive front desk staff. laundry rooms, heated underground parking, big hot tub, skis locker room, accessible hotel shuttle & community 'Lift' bus service to towns of WP & Fraser (minutes away).

We booked this room to spend Christmas eve in Winter Park. The Positive: It is close to the Village, It has a special garage parking for the cars (for extra charge per day), and it has a special locker area to storage skis. The Negative: When you are paying more than $300 per night to stay in a "resort" you expect everything to be perfect. The room had a TERRIBLE smell, you opened up the door of the room and the smell was disgusting . We called front desk and they sent an "odor removal machine",... Read more

The entire complex is very well run and kept up. Fraser Crossing is just a short walk to the ski area and shopping, dining area. There is a heated garage for parking which is $16 per night extra and ski lockers.

We did a last-minute trip here on Christmas Day to ski the day after and had a great experience. Check in was super easy, the hot tub is to die for, the kitchenette was perfect for a quick dinner for my small family of three and breakfast the next morning (note to self - there is no salt and pepper anywhere in sight in the room - my bad for assuming!) and the heated garage is a HUGE plus when you're putting on all your ski gear. We will most certainly be back. I'm convinced that paying a little ... Read more

We stayed at the Founders Pointe for 5 nights this season. As we stayed at the Vintage last season, I would like compare these two. Price: we paid about the same, since we booked the FP very early. Quality of stay: FP was much quieter, better kitchenette, nice balcony etc. Convenience: FP is much closer to the lift; very convenient underground parking (paid, $16/day, but it worth...no need to struggle with snow). A few extra comments: Free wi-fi was terrible. We probably could use it... Read more

We stayed at a one bedroom Fraser Crossing condo during a family ski trip. The location was fantastic! It is a little further than the Zephyr, but significantly newer (and nicer). We had a room on the amenities level (3rd floor), which is ideal if you intend to use the hot tub or grills. We used EVERY amenity they had to offer. Our room was a little outdated (theyre individually owned) but certainly had everything that we needed. We will stay here again. In fact, we are already booked a 2 bedroo... Read more
