This is the second time we've stayed at Steamboat Mountain Lodge and once again things were wonderful. The staff were all great, and they have such beautiful accents! Breakfast is decent, mostly carb-heavy stuff, but I really appreciate that you can get microwaveable sandwiches/burritos for a small charge, since I need protein in the morning. The room was quiet, clean and functioning. The best part, the ultra-comfortable beds, made our stay worth every penny! Good location just a short car ride... Read more

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the lodge. It's a cute hotel, with a slight ski chalet vibe. The main area is lovely. Lots of big windows, a raised ceiling and a little patio. Great view! The rooms are super clean. They're quite large as well with big windows and a nice bathroom. Overall, the hotel makes for a perfect getaway. My only complaint is the thin breakfast and thin walls!

Very clean, spacious room. Our beds were comfortable, bathroom was big and clean. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. We would definitely stay here again! Finding the hotel was a bit confusing (behind another hotel), so Iā??d say that was our only complaint, but itā??s not an issue.

Paying $140 a night we expected the rooms to be clean but we found black hairs in shower and on one of the bed sheets, grout in shower was falling apart, chairs were stained and the noise above our room was like elephants no one was at front desk last night when we tried to complain! The grounds and staff are very helpful and friendly, other then that great location but not worth the $140 a night in our opinion!

I really liked this place. It was cute, very clean, and spacious. Good breakfast. I would recommend to friends. It was just a little hard to locate since the sign are so low key in Steamboat. Rate was excellent.

Overall the lodge is very nice. My party had 2 rooms as we came up from Loveland,Co for a relaxation spa bachloret party for my daughter (The bride). Our rooms were nice size and clean. Beds were comfortable. The morning girl and evening guy front desk people on Sept 5th and 6th were very nice and helpful. But the morning lady Sept 7th had a very bad attitude and was not pleasant to guests at all. Two other guests were having an issue getting the tv to work in the breakfast area and while I was ... I cannot say enough good about this lodge. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly service. Tucked back away from the busy street but very easy to access the town and its amenities. We loved this place and would recommend it to others whole heartedly. Good value for your money.

The Lodge is a no frills, reasonably priced place to stay in Steamboat. The desk clerk was terrific, friendly & funny. Lots of cOnfusion with the hotel in front of it which has a very similar name. We would stay there again.

Stayed here 2 nights and really enjoyed the experience. Hotel is quiet, clean and very easy to stay at. Check in was so fast! Beds were comfortable, sheets clean, rooms were big. Breakfast is not the greatest, lots of sugary options. You can get a frozen egg sandwich or breakfast burrito to microwave, for and extra $ or two. Get your own burrito at City Market to microwave and it is a better option.

A value accommodation in Steamboat. Clean, quiet. Average breakfast - mostly cold food. Poor signage make it harder to find than necessary. Friendly staff. Small common area. Hot tub, but often crowded.
