The lodge is perfectly located on the lake side. Would recommend requiring a room overlooking the lake. In Jan it was frozen and there was ice hokey and skating on the lake. The view of the mountains and ski slopes just beyond the lake are breathtaking. The restaurant at the loader served up some excellent meals, Lunch or dinner. Rooms are well appointed. All in all a very pleasant experience.

My family and I traveled to Colorado and stayed at Keystone for our skiing trip. We had the most amazing time with the most beautiful scenery. The air what a lot thinner which made it difficult to climb up a flight of stairs, but overall it was great. Definitely recommend!

Nice stay - so convenient and close to the mountain. The hot tub and pool were so very relaxing after a long day of skiing. Everyone at the hotel was pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcome. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Service was good, but the place itself doesn't offer much. $250 a night with a $28 dollar "service fee". And they said valet parking is "included". You must request a fridge ( at least for the king bed room) which is at high demand so we did not get one. There is also no microwave except at the front desk. The only restaurant open during the night is the Bistro and Bar and it is very pricey (but delicious). We also found a piece of dog poop on our balcony. Lovely. Again, service is excellent. Fr... We stayed here during January 2017 for a couple ski vacation. It was very pricey but the location cannot be beat which is really the only reason I chose this hotel. Pro: The hotel has FREE valet parking which is amazing. They also clean off your car before giving it back to you every time. Shuttles come every 15-20 minutes to the mountains until 10PM which is super convenient if you're here to ski/snowboard. Hotel is located next to mini shops and ice skating rink. BEAUTIFUL view from our r... Read more

So I want to start off by saying this place was amazing!! There was a ice skating rink nearby, a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, spa, bar, restaurant... the people were all nice and helpful. Now for the few things that were less then perfect. Our room didn't really get warm so we called to get the heat fixed and we got a space heater which was loud so even though the bed was nice and soft and comfortable, I didn't get any sleep because the space heater kept going on and off throughout t... We actually needed a place for Breck but this was cheaper. Onsite restaurants were really nice, valet was quick, free shuttle service made it easy to get around without driving, and the rooms were really nice. It was a long walk to our room but that is minor and our only complaint. I will stay here again.

First visit to lodge and spa ,.Usually stay at the SKI Tip Lodge , but since we had small children with us this trip ,decided we needed a more family oriented place .Children loved the ice skating on the lake outside ,as well as the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs.I enjoyed the spa treatments and hair salon. Shuttle to ski was perfect .valet parking much appreciated.snd warm place to wait for vehicle.Would definitely book again.

I spent one week there during a physics conference. I just loved it and I really would like to come back in the future (although so far from Italy ;)) My room was amazing, huge, clean and with a breathtaking view! The spa just perfect, I really enjoyed the warm pool outside surrounded by the snow. I can't forget my staying there, the beauty of the place, the atmosphere, the frozen lake just in front of the hotel..everything!

Great little place to stay near the mountains although they did charge us to check-in early to the place (most places we stayed did not). Room had a good view and was great after a day at the slopes however, the common area's were a little old and needed updating (didn't bother us just noting). Hot tub and pool are both a great addition to the place. Would have loved to eat at the restaurant as it looked great but was Christmas and we hadn't booked. Quick efficient service to get the cars and gr... Read more
