The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything my boyfriend and I needed for an affordable 2-night getaway to the mountains. That being said, every staff member we encountered was extremely rude and unhelpful. The on-site restaurant was overpriced and mediocre at best. The bartender gave us a hard time about ordering food half an hour earlier than the advertised closing time of the kitchen. The woman running the on-site convenience market was equally unpleasant. The day after we chec... Read more

Stayed a couple nights with my family. First room they put us in didn't have any HEAT. I mean the room was 28 degrees inside. I have 2 young kids. After finally convincing the front desk we needed a room with heat, we find out the didn't have any hot water for bathing, at 9pm. By 10:30 it was luke warm and manageable to bath quick. The pool was to cold to use. Several hot tubs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Another worked but wasn't very hot, but the jets didn't work. The other... Read more

I stayed at the Inn at Silvercreek for 2 days on Christmas Vacation, and you get what you pay for apparently. This hotel is very very dated, and dirty. My room was not what was advertised. All of the beds either come out of the couch, or out of the wall. All of the rooms in the studios are the size of an average hotel room and there are no additional rooms, we had to cram 5 people in one single small room! It was very uncomfortable and I tried to upgrade and the staff was extremely unhelpful. Th... Read more

Everything was clean, staff was courteous, people are nice, everything works. Yea its not five stars, but its expected at the price. Pictures are accurate. Four hot tubs (all worked) and one big pool overlooking the mountains. It was a nice place to lay our heads down at night.

My wfe and I had an average weekend stay at the Inn at Silver Creek. Taken as a whole we enjoyed the lodge area, front desk, pool, hot tub, sauna, etc., but it is dated, needs a significant upgrade, the restaurant's dining room was closed because it was not yet ski season, and the Wi-Fi worked very poorly.

Really run down; horrible customer service; permanent residents on site are kind of scary; in the middle of no-where; fraudulent claims of room descriptions; never again Still in search of refund for nights not spent but management is a no-show.

The tag line for the nearby Granby Ranch is "Stay for a Lifetime". We stayed at this place for one night and it certainly felt like a lifetime. If you are here for more than a day or two, I highly recommend the condos at Granby Ranch. The lobby isn't so bad, but it goes swiftly downhill from there, starting with the horror film elevators and dank college dorm-meets-Chelsea Hotel corridors. Most every hallway outlet was missing its cover, which is probably a code violation of some sort. Althou... Read more

I would strongly encourage if you are staying at this property to know what you are paying for, and read the reviews thoroughly. This is definitely a 1-star (to 2-star, which is a stretch) hotel, nothing more. The positives: 1) The bed in our room (albeit a Murphy Bed, which was not clarified in the "1-Bedroom" reservation), was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep while we were staying for the week. 2) We had a full, fairly stocked kitchen with most everything we needed, wh... Convenient location, grocery across the highway with McD's, but that's all the positives. Outdated and run down, lots of permanent residents, abandoned cars, trucks and trailers in the parking lot. Room was clean, but old and sloppy. Carpet stains, leaky faucets. 2 of the 4 hot tubs worked (the ones outside) Hallways dirty looking, frayed carpet, old worn out paneling. A shame to waste our hard earned points on this, plus $149. We left 2 days early.

Very tired and worn. Bathroom sink and toliet was clean but black around tub molding was creepy. We were in a room with an adjoining door. HUGE mistake.. I could hear every word being said next door! We paid $221.00 for two nights - I felt cheated!
