We came up to Winter Park for a relaxing weekend with friends. Our unit (Confluence 05) was a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit. One bedrom in upstairs loft with 3/4 bath. Two bedrooms on main floor; 2 twins and a king in the othef. Full bath on main floor. Only complaint about bedrooms is that only the king room has a t.v. There is a 1980's tv with VCR in loft. This unit does have new flooring and curtains so that was nice. Large deck facing river and mountains...gorgeous! We watched a hot air balloon ta... Read more

The condo was 1980's, worn out, shag carpet, no staff on site, no washer and dryer in the unit, terrible staff who was non-responsive ( no wonder there office was six miles away) and the final insult was was construction going on in the unit next to us on a Saturday and Sunday. Please note my one is a minus one- run away - do not go near the place. We left early and paid for a great place in Winter Park. In you need bed bugs stay here!

The condo was a large two bedroom, with sleeping for 6. It a had a full bath and a half bath. The furniture was dated but comfortable. We were on the ground floor, and when the upstairs family went up the outside stairs, it was very noisy. The electric fireplace was very nice. The neighborhood was just outside of town and about 10 minutes from Winter Park. Unfortunately our unit was not clean. The management said the place was throughly cleaned, but there were dog hairs everywhere. And a huge... Read more

Had a great time here skiing and enjoying the fireplace, full kitchen and nice sized rooms. The clubhouse with laundry, two jacuzzis plus a sauna was a big plus. Drove to the Safeway to pick up bus into WP but could take local bus right outside main entrance.

We went on a family ski vacation to Granby Ranch. The unit was clean and well functioning (Bancroft 4). The view was nice and it was well stocked. I agree with everyone else about the paper thin walls and the noise from the unit above, and the slow internet. Thank goodness we brought our noise machine. It is fine if you are on a budget and just want a clean place to sleep and eat.

Just off picturesque Colorado Hwy 40, Twin Rivers is located in a valley at nearly 8000 feet. Our unit, an upstairs unit over the clubhouse, was not ready when we arrived, and the unit key pad code did not work at all. We waited 45 minutes on resort staff to clean our unit and had to call resort management twice before our issues were all resolved. After such an inauspicious start, we trudged up the stairs with our gear (no elevator), and proceeded to have a wonderful stay. The view off our wes... Read more

The place is OKAY. There was a dead earwig in the egg tray inside the fridge; only ONE coffee service for a week's rental; laundry and hot tub facility hours are goofy, which makes you wait until after 10am to start your day; the bathrooms are very dated with brown fixtures and tile; water is very hard. Functional, but also note the property management is not onsite, so if you like a local to tell you a little about the area, that won't happen here. The view out the back of the Bancroft building... Our room experienced extremely loud squeaking noises when the tenants from the top floor unit walked and all their bathroom activities (using the toilet) and we could also hear their voices. This was very disappointing since everything else was perfect. We would go back - using only top floor facilities.

Older timeshare. No onsite guest services. You are on your own. Dishwasher, fireplace and room temp all did not work correctly even down to the wine opener. Not a single window or sliding glass door worked. A beer bottle full of cigarette butts was left on the deck. We couldn't open the door so it didn't matter. When meeting the staff in the parking lot, they were friendly and helpful. Interval international should be embarrassed and ashamed of their property.

We came to visit Fraser, CO on a family vacation. We were told there was transportation to the condos and there was none. When we arrived to the condo, by walking, our door code we received on our confirmation did not work. After receiving 3 codes we finally got in and the room was not cleaned. The beds were not made, dishes were not clean, and no towels. Our experience overall was the worst place ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
