The hotel is located on busy PCH and the noise never stops. People were fighting all night long and I turned up the tv to block out the noice. It has a comfortable bed and includes a good breakfast. Parking can be a challenge and the rooms need a upgrade. The staff is nice but you get what you pay for.

We stayed at this horrible hotel on 12-30-16. The room had ROACHES & ANTS. The front desk didn't act surprised when we complained about the conditions & only offered a refund of half of the cost of the reservation. Please look elsewhere for your accommodations!

Like the title says Never Again! It was a filthy place to stay even for one night. The carpets in our room needed replacing, the kids ran around the room in socks and we threw them out (the socks) when we left they were so dirty. floors in common areas were no better. The free breakfast was not maintained and items not restocked. I can only hope the pool and hot tub were closed for the season because it was filthy also. I can not believe I paid $130 to stay in filth. The room had an unpleasant smell. The floors were disgustingly dirty and the tile areas were sticky, I didn't want to take my shoes off. I really wish I had just slept in my car. We stayed on New Years Eve so all hotels in area were sold out or we would have gone else where. I have stayed here several times when taking a cruise out of Long Beach. The trip I am reviewing is from my Sept 30th visit. We arrived late and the girl on duty, Angie, was very pleasant and helpful. When I came back to the desk a little after we checked in and asked for an extra towel she seemed more than happy to help me. We had a so called deal with the hotel on hotel.com. Man, how bad was our experience. At night, people were smoking in front of our hotel room and laughing out loud every ten minutes. When we called the front desk they were absolutely not helpful. Breakfast was not much either and staff were acting indifferent. Will not stay here again, even if it was for free.

Booked a 4 night stay during Thanksgiving week while visiting friends and family. Checked out after 1 night as the place was dirty and run down. Seems there's no pride in ownership there. Glass door at entry to lobby filthy on check in and check out the next day. Well it was so so. It could have been cleaner in my opinion. I went around and wiped the light fixtures because I actually didn't want to touch them... The staff was very friendly :) We used the shuttle service to the Long Beach airport the morning we left. The website says the shuttle is available starting at 9:00 am. Stayed here one night. Hotel does not have elevator. Property is very poorly kept. There was no coffee maker in room. They had left an iron in there but no ironing board. No bathtub. In breakfast area, microwave was not functioning! There were ants and water flies in room and front desk essentially said they did not have other room! Service is poor. I booked this hotel before my trip and the only reason I booked it was because it was a park and fly. Well I was checking out and I talked to the gal at the front desk and asked her if I would still be ok catching the shuttle when I return because on their website it said the shuttle ran from 9-5 and my plane landed at 4:15.
