My wife and I stayed in Harbor Court in the first week of November 2017. Its a beautiful place to stay with an amazing view of the harbor if your room is on the other side of the main hotel entrance. The room is well furnished with all facilities. When we stayed they also had a wine hour in the evening in which they served the guests with complimentary wine in the lobby area. The staff is very very courteous and prompt in service. The only negative about the place is that they do not have any re... Read more

We booked this hotel, as I wanted to be close to the bridge. The view is spectacular. The hotel was great for what we needed. I did find it weird that we had to pay resort fee. It was for our free WiFi??, pool ( which is next door ) at the YMCA. Tea/ Coffee, which should be in your room. But is in the lobby. I‚??m not sure what else. $25.00 per night, Per Room. A Resort Fee its a Hotel! We didn‚??t use any of these things as we were only there 3 nights, and was busy looking around San Franc... Read more

I stayed at Harbor Court over JP Morgan week so the rooms were paid in advance. When I arrived, the hotel told me that they had just completed an upgrade to the rooms. The upgrade consisted of a television that wouldn't turn off and lights that were so sensitive to motion that they turned on every time I moved in bed - and then chirped to warn you they were shutting off due to lack of motion. The worst part is that I asked for the manager to call me several times and was told that he was too ... Read more

Stayed here for a work trip in August. Nice hotel, fab view from room. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Air-con/heating worked well. Close to everything including ferry terminal, union square and touristy area if needed. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. WIFI good. Not a fan of the amenity charge though! Would stay again.

Such a shame we checked out of this hotel due to building work and the attitude of one member of staff. I had high hopes due to the reviews but not when we arrived. New rooms are nicely decorated old rooms are well old! Rooms are quite small unless you obviously pay for a better one. Always have a room on front or back or else you‚??ll be in the middle over looking another window so no privacy unless u keep the blinds down 247. Location ok but far better further on in fisherman‚??s wharf. I woul... Read more

I loved this hotel. It is true what they say that location is everything. Market street is a couple of blocks away. The rooms of this hotel have a wonderful view to the Embarcadero Street which is the closest to the ocean. Every morning we would open the curtains and see some feet away the magnificent Bay Bridge. The rooms are small but comfortable. The lobby is beautiful and there is a daily free wine tasting. Staff is very friendly and courteous. You can use the YMCA facilities. I highly recom... Read more

We visit San Francisco every Christmas Eve Eve and have need to find a convenient hotel for our brief stay in the city. Harbor Court is my 'go to' property. Well-priced. Conveniently located off the Embarcadero and walkable everywhere in the downtown. The staff are super helpful and friendly. And the lobby is more a library with its cozy stuffed chairs, real fireplace, coffee service (wine in the evenings!) and papers to relax and enjoy. Definitely the place to stay in downtown SF.

Prior to November 19, 2017, my wife and I had twice previously stayed in this hotel, and really enjoy it and its great location (a block from Ferry Building). Although in September, 2017, we used a promotion to book a 1-night stay on November 19, 2017, when we checked in, the front desk had no record of us having used the promotion (50% parking and gift card to restaurant next door). Because it was a Sunday, Mandi at the front desk was unable to reach the sales office. However, she promised t... Read more

The hotel is located to the Bay bridge & ask for a bridge view if there‚??s any available, I did and the view from the room was brilliant. On a night the bridge is illuminated so it makes a good site anytime of day or night. The room had all the amenities you need with a large en suite bathroom. Between 5-6pm there is free wine in the spacious lounge with a very realistic log fire, no meals are available at the hotel but Perry‚??s 2 doors down will fulfill your needs for breakfast etc. You also ... This 8-story hotel looks really nice from its website, and the lobby area looks nice as well. However, I would not recommend. The front desk staff didn't seem very welcoming. The room was most disappointing--very small, with dusty desk, night stands, bathroom counter, & stained comforter (yuck!). The room comes with a mini refrigerator, has no microwave. Not sure if that's the norm in San Francisco, since it's such a crowded city. For the price it charges, it's not worth it; especially with th... Read more
