I would have given this hotel five stars if not for the lacking customer service. Concierge was hesitant to reconfirm transfers that I booked through them. She seemed like she didn't want to do it. Even if I hadn't booked through them, I would have expected more willingness to help. The hotel is otherwise lovely. Decor is unique and tastefully done, and it's in a great location on Fishermans Wharf, right near the best cable car line. It's also around the corner from where the hop on hop off bu... Read more

Excellent location at the quieter end of the Fishermans Wharf. The well dressed, colonial garbed doorman is a nice touch. The reception staff are very courteous and efficient. The rooms are very spacious, even for Americans. There actually is a sitting area with a nice settee. It's immaculately clean. It has a boutique feel. What I like is the freshness of the bed clothes, including linen-covered comforter. There's a lockable safe. The closet has generous supply of hangers, umbrella, and robes. ... Read more

Loved the room and overall atmosphere at the Argonaut. Staff was very helpful and location is tough to beat. Will come back with family soon to really enjoy the area. Food and drinks also excellent at the hotel.

We were here for just a night and wished we were here for another! We booked the suite room and it did not disappoint. There were fresh flowers and complimentary wine and snacks when we got in, which is nice after a long flight. Even though it was just the 2 of us, this room would be perfect for a family of 4 and still have enough space to not feel claustrophobic. The room was clean and there were enough linen and towels to feel just at home. The natural light that would come in from every corne... Read more

We loved the location right at fisherman's wharf. The cable car turn around is across the street. Many cool restaurants within walking distance. Good restaurant downstairs. We were pleased. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean.

Very convenient to Fishermans wharf and the piers to Alcatraz the staff were very helpful and able to provide passes for the city bus tour which was great. I'm very particular about how clean the rooms are in a hotel and this one passed the test. The only negative is the nautical theme gets to be a little much but can be overlooked, would definitely go back.

I was on business here and flew my wife down for the weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff was amazing and accommodated every need we had (wine, flowers, etc). The location was great and we had a view of the Golden Gate bridge from our room. It was very memorable. The rooms were quiet, nautical in decor. We had Rosanne Bar next to our room, while you can heather from outside the room, we didn't hear her from inside our room :)

Noble House has never disappointed me with their nautical decor, oversized room, comfy beds, good location, and accommodating staff. Only thing was it being San Fran, the price of parking was $60 I think. I don't remember exact price because I parked one and a half blocks away for $22!! It being Fisherman Wharf and there during the early weekday, it was really quiet and not lively at all. Food options are plenty just steps from the door. But take any transportation a very short ride away to get... Read more
