This hotel was surprisingly very plush. The rooms are great and spacious. Fluffy bed. Wonderful. Clean. Nice views. Balcony rooms. Very accommodating for a baby. Decent crib (not just a pack and play). We live in the area and stayed here when there was a flood in the house. We know the location and it is central to everything. Staff super friendly. The hotel has a large lobby that is not my style but nice. I would stay here again.

This is my favorite hotel in LA. I come here several times a year for business. The staff is unfailingly pleasant, polite, friendly, accommodating. Many of the staff have been here a long time, which says a lot. The rooms are very comfortable, all with private balconies. The food and drink are great, as is the heated outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Convenient location, too.

We checked into the Intercontinental Los Angeles Century City over Veteran??s Day weekend for a family visit. This is place was fantastic and was probably one of the nicest places we have stayed at in a while. We stayed in a very sizeable 1 bedroom executive suite which was really amazing. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious and worked very well for the 3 of us. The hotel staff and parking attendants were are all very friendly and courteous. Hats off to the entire staff as ... Read more

Lovely hotel in Century City just next to Fox Studios with a view over towards Beverley Hills. The room was well appointed and had minibar, double bed, sitting room with large tv! Bathroom was also well equipped with all that you would expect from a luxury hotel! Breakfast was excellent....almost the best I??ve ever had! Lovely place and would go back! Pool and hot tub were used too! Great place!!! The view over the Nakatomi plaza from the film Die Hard was super cool too!

This hotel is well-located in Century City. The decor of the rooms and dining area were refreshed recently. The beds are comfortable. Service is friendly. Large breakfast buffet. We prefer to book a suite, and the suites in this hotel are spacious, many with views, at a moderate price.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel and I??ve never had a bad experience. I come for business, usually in Beverly Hills, and this is convenient to both BH and the airport. Staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. Pool is amazing too!

Checked in for a really quick 2 night biz trip stay and the company I was in to meet with had some difficulties securing the right reservation. The super friendly and attentive staff sorted things out quickly and even did an upgrade on the room for the slight trouble. It's certainly not the cheapest place to stay, but worth a premium for the room quality and excellent staff.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and above all excellent customer service. My husband and I found ourselves done with work by lunchtime on a Tuesday afternoon. We hadn??t celebrated our anniversary since September, so decided to get a sitter to stay overnight and booked a room for the night here...only a few miles from our home! Just a word of warning. The website is not updated. Spa is currently closed, which was kind of a bummer, since we were looking forward to some pampering. However, t... Read more

I spent one night in this hotel and left 3 items, including 2 leather jackets of significant monetary and sentimental value, in the closet after I left. I know ?? my fault, and very stupid. But, in a hotel of this quality ?? and it is very nice ?? you??d expect them to retrieve items left behind. I called the day after I checked out and have been told that nothing was found in the room. That is not possible. Three items were left in the closet. Clearly housekeeping must not turn in Lost it... Read more

We had a great weekend. Hotel was close to everything, but just a little removed so you felt like you were on vacation. Services were great. We had a fabulous room with a large patio. The view was beautiful.
