My friend wanted to meet at the resort and invited me and my daughter to join her for a weekend. My husband passed away just a few months ago and it sounded like a nice get away for myself and my daughter. I went on the website and viewed the rooms which looked nice and then booked 2 nights in the desert room. My daughter and I drove 5 hours in traffic to get to the resort and when we arrived at the gates we were turned away and told that she needed to be 18 or older. In making my booking ... Read more

We went to a the restaurant at this lovely Hot Springs hotel. It is a gated property and sine we had reservations we were admitted without any problem. It was the 5 of us and we arrived and were seated at a great table by the windows. we order our drinks and then our lunch menus. I had the salmon caesar salad. My husband had the California Cobb salad and both were fresh and delicious. We walked around the grounds and were very impressed with not only the food but the spa are. We would real... Read more

Checked in late in the day for a one night stay with my best girlfriend. Room was remodeled and nicely styled, but not necessarily overly impressive. However, the bathroom with river rock shower made it feel like a private spa. We also had a totally private courtyard which was an added bonus. The grass had just been scalped and reseeded so there were lots of barricades and tape keeping you off. A necessary part of grass maintenance, but i would love to go back and see it all green. We ate break... Read more

This place was a slice of heaven!! I would recommend anybody and everybody to stay here! Especially if you need a place to reset from the every day busyness of life! The pools were unreal! The shamanic workshops and yoga classes were just wow! It's like we had our own personal retreat. The food and service was excellent too! Can't wait to go back!

We have stayed at Two Bunch Palms many times over the years. We think the new soaking tubs are a very nice addition, and as usual, my massage (hot stone) was first-rate. Thanks to Gabe! Re: the restaurant, it has been our tradition to eat at the restaurant for dinner one of the two nights we stay at the resort. We have been very pleased with the dinner service and the menu in the past. This stay was an exception. The menu has completely changed - and not for the better, in our opinion. ... Read more

We went there for a relaxing retreat. We got a mediocre nightmare. Booked a remodeled suite - which was nice but the walls were as thin as onion skins. We heard our neighbors both nights it sounded like they were making a porn next store. So much for rest. We were promised a room next store for Bestie as she was in her room alone. Upon arrival we told this could have not been promised, we never promise that. Our room as not even ready. Her room was close but the property is stretched out... Read more

I came here with friends for a spa getaway and Two Bunch Palms did not disappoint. They recently went through renovations to the rooms. All the rooms are now beautiful, modern and have a spectacular bathroom. In my rooms, desert room, there was not a tub. Since the resort has warm mineral bath/pools all over this was not a problem for us. We also hit up the spa and did a mud bath. The website was correct in saying it is not for the faint of heart! It is certainly an experience! I would totally... Read more

If you find yourself stressed beyond relief, get your butt to Two Bunch Palms. Within hours you'll be fixed. Our room was not only comfortable but well decorated. I personally enjoyed the fixtures throughout the bedroom and bathroom - you can tell they just recently renovated. In the main part of the property, you can't walk ten feet without hitting a body of water. Whether it is the 100 degree grotto, the 90 degree plunge pools, or the wooden tubs you can fill with any temperature of water you ... Read more

We only stayed one night, but it was enough to get some relaxation in and take advantage of most of the amenities in the resort. Pros: -Adults only: There were some bridal parties, reunions, but mostly couples. -Classes: We went to the wine/paint class (not what you think it is), we had a lot of fun! We also did the spirit animal class with the resident Shaman... she's wonderful. -You can walk around in your robes all day/all night! -Grotto and pools are open all night, please be courteous ... Two Bunch Palms is a great quiet getaway, mainly for their non-sulphur smelling mineral pools. If you are looking for a true spa-only type experience, there are probably better places, but the mud bath was kind of different and interesting. Like other reviewers have stated, TBP is a secluded property but nestled in between, the not so ritzy part of the Palm Springs/Desert Hot Springs area. But once you arrive, you wouldn't know it. It's very peaceful and tranquil. Take advantage of the various c... Read more
